I think this is actually mighty impressive. Look from the User List how many actually are here and post regularly.

So many of you came over on 7-14-2014. Or just a few days later.

I remember well being on the abc.com board, hearing that you were leaving. Some like annie had trouble it seems to me finding the "ship" but eventually did (despite the fact that any mention of it got "red-lined" almost immediately.

Though invited more than once, I kept saying, no...I'm just here until school starts in late August. I'll just stay put. CEK would come to say hello and good night in the evenings. Booky and I (eastcoast and Shippette and others) tread water over there trying to stay afloat until the thread was literally pulled out from under us.

How wonderful to find you all in September. How great it is that we are still together.

Well I apparently have a pretty lame post count, compared to most of you. You wouldn't know that by looking at the mess that is my house.. Of course, I was always more of a lurker on the ABC board, so really I have been coaxed out of hiding more on this board. Thanks to Carrie and HRM for creating this board and to CEK for sending the lifeboat to rescue me when I couldn't find you!

Why, indeed!!!!?? I have no idea how I could have used the snipping tool and yet missed you in the snip. You're at the very top of the column. Sorry. I did eliminated eastcoast as longbranch AND eastcoast x 2 on th list.

Went back and fixed it.

Well tomorrow is the day...one year ago we found a home thanks to HRM and Carrie!!!! I think we are all truly blessed that what started out as a group chatting about DWTS has grown to a wonderful group of friends...We may not see each other, but we are still here with each other to laugh, cry, hug, hold hands, celebrate each others lives, vent, disagree, agree and care....so I guess we can actually do see more that some friends do...It is nice to know that you are all only a "keyboard" away....

Your friendship for me is priceless, and I guess if hurting my back is what brought me to the ABC Board to begin with and find all of you, then I guess it was ment to be....

And there are those that said..."our friendship will never last"...ha ha ha to them....we proved them wrong!!!!

I love you all...

Happy anniversary, sisters!
I have to thank Booky for bringing me over and vouching for me at a time the sisterhood suspected infiltration and infestation with a certain creepy crawly. Glad to have made it here and hopefully all of us feel well enough today to celebrate. April post op and our niece after the new round of meds? Hugs xox

It really is such an accomplishment I think. And it did not come easily. Thanks to all of us...who have weathered some upsetting times and board function problems to remain a Sisterhood.

I brought over a little snip from the old board from July 13th of last year, just as a reminder of how intolerable it had become over there...red ink... not allowing us to discuss where we might go instead...the anonymity making true contact difficult.
