I found a site where they suggest exercises for strengthening the hip joints and surrounding muscles.

Hugs... btw, here's a Throwback Thursday. From exactly 1 year ago, these are a couple of "comments" that were below a video I watched of Maks and Meryl doing their Viennese waltz. The comments are from a person watching during Season 19. And they refer to US!! Or maybe it is from one of us.

Hi all! Just thought I'd check in and say hi. I'll take a stab and say that Andy & Allison are going home this week. As for the top of the leader board, I have no idea. I hope it's Val, but it could be anyone.

Less than 6 weeks to go until Sway. I got back in the pool today after a week out, I hadn't lost much, fortunately. Up to 22 laps in 40 minutes. I hope to make it up to 26 or 28, maybe even 30, before I leave.

I got the sweetest message from Eugene earlier this week. It made my whole week, and I smile just thinking of it. It was very brief. He didn't even sign it, but he answered the question I asked with "No problem, Tango, ...anything for you." Except he used my name instead of Tango.

I'll try to check in on Monday if I can. Have a great weekend!

I'm probably crazy, but I think I'm going to say Alexa and Mark for going home. I don't want them to, but it wasn't their best week.
