A quick good morning! Lately I have had time to lurk, post a little, but not enough time to comment on others' posts - - and I apologize for that. Don't think that they go unread or unappreciated ! I think that's true of a lot of us....time is in short supply just lately.
I wanted to post a couple Easter goodies ideas since April asked about it. Some fun with kids.
This one a little more difficult - but what a nice result. Neopolitan Fudge.Ingredients

1-1/2 teaspoons butter

1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese, softened

3 cups confectioners' sugar

16 ounces milk chocolate, melted and cooled

VANILLA LAYER:

1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese, softened

3 cups confectioners' sugar

16 ounces white baking chocolate, melted and cooled

1 tablespoon vanilla extract

RASPBERRY LAYER:

1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese, softened

3 cups confectioners' sugar

16 ounces white baking chocolate, melted and cooled

1 tablespoon raspberry extract

8 to 10 drops red food coloring, optional
Directions

1. Line a 13x9-in. pan with foil and grease foil with butter. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese until fluffy. Gradually beat in confectioners' sugar. Beat in melted milk chocolate. Spread into prepared pan. Refrigerate 10 minutes.

2. For vanilla layer, in a large bowl, beat cream cheese until fluffy. Gradually beat in confectioners' sugar. Beat in melted white chocolate and vanilla. Spread over chocolate layer. Refrigerate 10 minutes.

3. For raspberry layer, in a large bowl, beat cream cheese until fluffy. Gradually beat in confectioners' sugar. Beat in melted white chocolate and raspberry extract. If desired, tint with food coloring. Spread over top. Refrigerate, covered, at least 8 hours or overnight.

4. Using foil, lift fudge out of pan. Remove foil; cut fudge into 1-in. squares. Store between layers of waxed paper in an airtight container in the refrigerator. Yield: about 6-1/2 pounds.
Putting DWTS Sharna Burgess And Bonner Bolton Dating Rumors To Rest
According to E Online, Sharna Burgess is not dating her Dancing With The Stars Season 24 partner Bonner Bolton like so many think (are we surprised? No. lol). She’s dating Pierson Fodé! And what a cutie he is. His pic is below...
As it turns out, E! News can confirm Burgess is dating Pierson Fodé! While Burgess and Bolton’s interactions on the dancing competition show give fans the idea that they could be dating in real life, a separate source tells E! News that they “just play it up for the show.”
“Sharna and Pierson are together. She just took him to that James Hinchcliffe race they both posted about on Instagram and were acting affectionate like a couple there,” the insider says. “She was at Pierson’s birthday party last week. He even visited her while she was on the road during the DWTS tour months ago.”Dancing With the Stars' Sharna Burgess Dating Pierson Fodé—Not Bonner Boltonhttp://www.eonline.com/news/843583/dancing-with-the-stars-sharna-burgess-dating-pierson-fode-not-bonner-bolton
Ok so I am not 100% in belief of this because Sharna has said "numerous" times over the past weeks that she si 100% single in every interview she has given, even a few when Bonner was not there...so is she really dating him or are they just really really good friends...Remember Peta had a good friend Beauwolf and she was always with him... I also don't think Sharna was able to go to James race because she posted that she was sorry she couldn't be there to celebrate with him...I think she would have been "camera blocking" that day...and another thing James said in his interview that he was still thinking about fixing Sharna up with someone he would not mention....and there are no pictures of Pierson and Sharna at the race together or of Sharna and James at the race after his win that I can find and I am sure if she had been there she would have had photos taken with James.
