Oh wow Vmmm my grand daughter fractured her heel a month ago at cheer camp.
Oh no!!! Little Bit just has Sever's Disease, which is a due to a growth spurt and probably soccer. She has to wear inserts in her cleats and do exercises. It supposedly goes away with rest in 2-8 weeks, but she isn't resting, lol.

She is doing Lyrical in a group and tap as a solo.

Awesome.....I had never heard of Lyrical Dance before (had to look it up...lol) It sounds interesting.

LOL.......yep, kids never rest when they are supposed to...always on the go...lol
