Below is Maks Chmerkovskiy in his first LivOn Labs Lypo-Spheric Vitamin C Commercial. It was filmed in the beautiful Wiltern Theatre in Los Angeles. If you’d like to learn more about Lypo-Spheric™ Vitamin C, call the 800 number on the screen. It good to see him dancing again.

Hey, Ladies! GOOD SUNDAY EVENING!!
Nothing exciting here in SoCal. I see that VIEW is headed for the Azinora (as locals call it) desert so wanted to wish her SAFE TRAVELS and enjoy your stay in God's Country!! . Is it Tucson or Yuma you go to, View?? I am guessing Tucson because there isn't much in Yuma--and it is not on the beaten path certainly. Not sure why I have that thought in my mind anyway.
My brother in Virginia Beach told me this morning "IT IS SNOWING LIKE CRAZY" as he approached the tunnel crossing from Newport News. CEK confirmed the snow sighting so at least he wasn't making it up!! LOL Hope the subfreezing temps don't last too long, CEK. STAY WARM!!
View....I know you asked about my "ditch" adventure!!! LOL Well...the snow that we thought was to the bottom of the mountains was....embarrasingly!!....apparently a low fog bank or cloud layer that hung down the mountains below the snow level that day!!! LOL LOL The next day the same view (sorry!) was hazy so not a good pic, but clearly the snow hadn't gotten as low as it initially appeared. More than ever I wish I had had a camera because now NOBODY BELIEVES WHAT BOTH HUBBY AND I SAW!!!!! I feel like Charlie Brown.....*big sigh*!!!!!!!!!!! LOL It was, indeed, a beautiful sight, nonetheless.
We went to see the movie 13 Hours on Friday. It was intense, riveting, and graphic....but very well done. Probably wasn't good for hubby since he felt sick and almost left the theater; however, it is an amazing account of what 30+ people went through in 13 hours and it is certainly a tribute to those who lost their lives as well as those who gave their all to save everyone they could. The last guys standing pretty much defended the Alamo, if you will....against 3 hellacious waves of mortar and small arms attacks by, as they called them, "at least 40 tangos" each time (I asked hubby what a tango was---it's a "target"). If you are a curious mind that wants to know what happened according to those who were there, I strongly recommend seeing the film.
Finally, we added a new family member on Thursday, January 15. My nephew and his wife in VA welcomed their first baby, Zoey Marie. We are all excited to meet her...most likely in July when we make a trip to western Illinois to inter our mom's and brother's ashes. Zoey was born on our daughter's birthday, so they each have a family birthday twin!!
APRIL: Hope our niece is having a few good days after the tranfusions and sending prayers for good counts this coming week. (((HUGS))) to you both!
Dinner almost ready....so going to say adios!

I'm off to the airport, sisters.
Flying to Tucson - then on to lovely Green Valley, AZ just 25 miles farther south.

I'll check in when and if I can.
Take care everyone. I have my embroidery along. Am going to take a class in "felting" wool and also silversmithing.
We have tickets to a couple of performances...may possibly take a tour to the observatory or the Biosphere.
Nice break from the 1 degree above zero that my thermometer reads just now.
