The Chmerkovskiy Brothers on Fuller House
did anyone see this????.....how where their acting skills?????
The girls and I saw it last night. It was hilarious. I wasn't really focusing on their acting skills--it was supposed to be over-the-top, and it was. Great lift moment.

Vmm.....how is Robotics going????....is the robot complete yet????
The robot was bagged just before midnight on Tuesday. They can unbag for 6 hours the week before competition, and they will be doing that to make some tweaks, but basically, it's done. Yay! It can do most of the things they want it to do, and hopefully after the tweaks it will be able to do all of the things they want it to do.

does anyone know.....can you only watch this on NetFlix??????
I don't know April and I have not seen it yet myself!
Yes, I think it is only on Netflix, as far as I know. My middle daughter may know of a hack to find it somewhere else, though. I'll try to remember to ask her about it.

Hi guys
sorry it took so long to get an update to you all....the last few dates have been incredibly busy.....on Wednesday we met with the transplant doc and then Thursday got admitted to the hospital to begin her intense chemo, yesterday was day one of chemo and she had a bone marrow biopsy....all went well and she tolerated the first dose of the high dose chemo better than expected
this will be a 6 day course of chemo for this first round then if all goes well we will be able to go home for a bit before the next round......the process of doing the high dose chemo to get rid of the cancerous cells so they can do the transplant is expected to take 2 to 3 months then she will be in the bigger hospital where they are doing the actual transplant for 6 weeks and then following up with the transplant doc daily for 3 months and progressing from there...the whole process is expected to take about a year.....but then.....if all goes well the chances of it ever coming back are slim
they drew my sons blood on Wednesday and we should know if he's a match or if we need to look further for a donor within a week
we are doing well and have had some light hearted moments too.....one of which was when my 6' 3" big, burly, long haired son asked the transplant doc if he could have a pink princess band-aid and then burst out laughing at the look on the docs face.....(who said yes by the way) ...LOL
I just want to thank you all for all of the support and encouragement you've given us....it means more than you will ever know ((((hugs))))
Niecey says to tell you all hi.....and that she will be watching the season with us...and she will pick who she wants to win after she sees what celebs are going to dance![]()
I will update again soon .....still holding your hands and looking for rainbows as always ((((group hugs))))
April I am so glad that there is an "action plan" for our niece and even happier that she tolerated the first round of chemo well. Hugs to her from me. I am now keeping my fingers crossed and saying a prayer that your son will be a match. Always thinking of you all. What strong children you have raised. HUGS to them both, you and the rest of your family!!!!
I/We are here for you whenever you need us and I look forward to watching the new season with you and our niece...
April, I'm glad things are going relatively well. It sounds like a good prognosis. I hope your son turns out to be a match! Sending prayers!

Just wanted to stop in to say "goodnight" and to tell you a little funny something...
I have been taking hubby's temperature for the past week with my old fashion thermometer (the glass one) and today it has been 99ish all day...and he feels pretty good except for the leftover cough..well tonight after I took his temp it was still 99 so he asked me if the thermometer was working right so I took my daughters and she had a fever of 99.8 so I went and got a new digital one took my daughters, and mine with the new on and we were normal...went and took hubby's and low and behold his was 98.1, normal. So I guess he really hasn't had one all day!!!
So tomorrow I will be "de-germ" cleaning our bedroom...got new pillows and a new matress cover...guess I will be busy but it is suppose to be in the 60's tomorrow and I can hopefully open the windows to air out the house.
Well I am going to go for tonight
Till tomorrow...HUGS
