The network shared first look photos from the filming of the opening number, which includes the cast of celebrities and professionals.

Set to air this Monday, the opening number pays homage to the cast members’ day jobs. Among the included scenes are a football sequence for Doug Flutie, fighting for Paige VanZant, a photoshoot for Nyle DiMarco, a concert for Wanya Morris, a nod to “Full House”/”Fuller House” for Jodie Sweetin, and a news desk for Geraldo Rivera.

Sasha Farber And Kim Fields Discuss DWTS, Why Sasha Has Met His Match – New Interview, Photos, Video

Sasha Farber and Kim Fields were interviewed on KTLA today. They discussed Dancing With The Stars and how much fun they are having in rehearsals. Kim raves on Sasha and how much he’s teaching her so far and to just enjoy the journey no matter how challenging and vulnerable it makes you feel. Lot’s more below! PureDWTS Exclusive Interview: Sasha Farber Talks On The New Season Of Dancing With The Stars And More 
What an honor to be able to talk with Sasha Farber about Dancing With The Stars and being back as a Pro. He took time out from his busy rehearsals with Kim Fields to answer a few questions from our readers. He answers questions on what inspires his choreography, what he’d like to dance to this season, if the crab costume will return , and lots lots more. I’m looking forward to seeing all you will bring to the dance floor both with Kim and in seasons to come. Here is my question: What inspires your choreography? Is it music? story telling? a weekly theme? dance style? or something else?Music is a big one, once I get the track I can start putting together the dance. A big thing is tapping into your partners emotion and feeling and seeing if u can use some of their past experiences in life to create that chemistryand story!

Tony: Sasha, what is your favorite style of dance (if you can pick one) to choreograph?That’s a trick question.  I love doing and choreographing any style of dance. It’s rewarding and I love it! 

Jillio: We’re excited to see you as a pro again! My question: Do you choreograph your dances ahead of time and adjust as the rehearsals go on or do you choreograph as you are teaching?Hi, yes I do both,… mix it up! Some of the best ideas or steps come from the story behind your partner. I try to have a reason and a purpose for each step!

Lady Ebet: Please tell Sasha that my 3 boys (11, 9 and 6) love seeing his videos on Instagram. They are currently taking ballet, ballroom and tumbling classes. What kind of training/classes did he take? Does he have any suggestions that would motivate my boys to keep dancing? Thank you Thank you so much for watching all my videos! Dancing is all about having fun. I suggest you take them to a grou class, where they can have fun and be kids and dance at the same time.

Colleen: I’m beyond thrilled to see more of Sasha on my TV screen again! I LOVED seeing him on my other favorite TV show “Agent Carter”. Any tidbits you can share about working on Agent Carter.Agent Carter was so much fun! I love doing appearances like that! DWTS has changed my life. It’s a dream come true getting to do what I love.

Figamentation: Since your last season as a pro with Snookie (loved you guys!) you’ve spent some time in the troupe and graciously stepped in with Nastia during her season. Has time lent itself to a different approach at all, and specifically did you glean anything from Derek while working with them that you hope to apply to your partnership with Kim?Yes it was so helpful getting to see how Derek works and teaches. I learnt a lot from him. He is amazing at what he does, and his creativity is out of this world. He taught me a lot in those weeks, and I’m defiantly applying his information to this season.

Nathan: Are there dance styles you did not do with Nicole that you would like to do this time around?Yes… I love the Viennese waltz!

Leigh: I’m assuming you will be spending a good portion of the week in Atlanta, do you think being bi-coastal will present any unique challenges?Yes I am but, it is good to be in your own little bubble

Courtney: How do you feel your partnership with Kim differs from your partnership with Nicole (Snooki)?
What strengths do you feel that you & Kim bring to the competition this season?
Will we see the crab costume again anytime soon? Let’s just say Kim and myself are having an amazing time! Kim is a dream partner! She makes me laugh and we have a lot of fun! Yes maybe the crab will come out.

And from me, Sasha: What is the first thing to come to mind when I pose this phrase to you: A Dancer’s Life is __________________________________.A dancers life… is one to never forget. 

And lastly, can you give us any hints for what you and Kim’s costumes will be like for your first dance? Color?Our costumes are gonna be great. The DWTS costume department are just brilliant!
