Re: Seasons Come, Seasons Go... So Let's Dance Like We're 22

Been thinking about our game….
We may or may not find someone or some way to keep track of a Guessing Game from week to week, but how about this for a separate, everyone included, prize:

There are about as many pairs of contestants as there are sisters who play along.  So at the beginning, when we know the partnerships, lets simply draw names.  (One of us will have to actually do it I guess) and the lucky winner will receive the tiny MBT.   Sheer chance, everyone participating.

Whereas if we Secret Ballot early on who we think will win – most likely many will say the same 2 or 3.

I guess, we could award an average to the temporarily absent sisters, if we still wanted to play week by week.  Say, if a total of 10 points were earned by 7 regularly participating sisters, we would calculate an average, 10/7 that would go to whoever could not get a guess in.  It would meant to go from stars to points with decimals.  Doesn't sound too complicated, does it?

Well I am finally home and in my PJ's and ready to sit and do nothing.  Got my MRI, took some pants to my daughter because the side seam came loose (they are brand new pants by the way), then when and picked up a door for my son (they are redoing a room and hubby, son and DIL grandpa were put up drywall in the celing) came home fed the animals and myself, did a few things here and now that is it for today.

The doctor called with the results of my MRI already....I have a tear in my meniscus, two ganglion cysts and advanced arthritis in my knee...YaY for me....LOL  I now have an appointment with the orthopedic doctor on Thursday!!!   I don't have time nor do I want anything to do with this

CEK...I'll ask my husband about the generator.  We have owned one, and they were used frequently on the jobsites.

Thanks View...we loose power so often here and we have never been able to get a definite answer from the power company as to what the cause is...Sometime we loose it when it is a perfectly sunny day no wind nothing....it just goes out.
