    I set up the DVR to record the Colgate ice skating show this afternoon. Noticed that Robert Herjavek is co-hosting with Kristi Yamaguchi. Wasn't that the gig that Maks either bailed on or was relieved of about 2 years ago when he was in the doldrums and acting weirdly?

    This kind of grosses me out because as much as I love homemade soap (used to make it myself before it became so available - made by better than I) and love the idea of wool, felted as a cover to the soap, creating a lanolin rich "wash cloth"  -  wouldn't the wool get soiled like any washcloth would, etc.  and wouldn't the wet shroud keep the soap wetter and soft between uses....  

    I'm thinking as I'm typing, ladies...bear with me....
    I think I will make a felted wool pouch or pocket for a bar of soap to fit it. But then removed after use.

     

    View...sounds like a good idea but I too would take the soap out after use...I would think the felted wool would be good for the skin not only for the lanolin but for the possibility of exfoliating your skin too...

    Remember when we all wanted Maks and Meryl to star in a remake!?   Lolol.......the good old days.
     

    I do remember when we wanted them to play the parts...
    I hope it is better than the remake of Grease...It was not my favorite...not bad but sometime you should just leave things alone...LOL

    Good Sunday Morning to all my Sisters in the Sisterhood....
    Nice weather here again today...a bit overcast but warm temps....YAY

    Well it was late when I got home from the Weight Lifting Competition yesterday evening and I was absolutely beat and hungry.  
    My son finished first in his weight class and Kaleb was so excited for his daddy....he had two personal bests.  He lifted 562 pound in squats, he bench pressed 370 and he dead lifted 561 pounds...the squat and deadlift weight were personal best...I am proud of all is had work, he is at the gym every day by 5:30 comes home showers and then goes to work to teach all day long...There was one lifter there that dead lifted 700 pounds...that is a lot of weight...

    So how is everyone today...hope you are all having a good weekend and your weather is not to terribly bad...
