I want to post this simple finger knitting tutorial since I was all in to "arm knitting" before Christmas. This seems like such a good little craft to know. Literally have the tools with you anywhere as long as you have a ball of yarn. Fun for kids, something to do in waiting rooms, watching tv etc.
And I have seen even rugs made as an end product.
So cute; I especially like the blue pair.

LOVE BITE
TRUE LOVETRUE COLOURS
______________
It does remind of what we are about in the sisterhood, doesn't it....
by Cyndi Lauper
You with the sad eyes
Don't be discouraged
Oh I realize
Its hard to take courage
In a world full of people
You can lose sight of it all
And the darkness inside you
Can make you feel so small
But I see your true colors
Shining through
I see your true colors
And that's why I love you
So don't be afraid to let them show
Your true colors
True colors are beautiful
Like a rainbow
Show me a smile then
Don't be unhappy, can't remember
When I last saw you laughing
If this world makes you crazy
And you've taken all you can bear
You call me up
Because you know I'll be there
And I'll see your true colors
Shining through
I see your true colors
And that's why I love you
So don't be afraid to let them show
Your true colors
True colors are beautiful
Like a rainbow

Don't want to make you feel crammed in, but hey that's where 23 million of us stretch out. *lol*
This is very cool! Who woulda "thunk" that this much of our continent could include all of Australia?!

BUT...you don't get to stretch out in approximately 90 % of the continent!! There's the problem.
Due to lack of water for one thing. (I know this from Bill Bryson's fascinating book, Down Under)
Surrounded by water, the lack of which prevents the spread of civilization....and so it has been since the beginning of time. The irony.....

Good morning, sisters. I'm determined to get many things done this week, including all tax prep (thanks for the motivation, CEK)
Thanks for the reminder, View. Always hate to see February come...and go too soon! Corporate is due March 15 so I need to get moving. New accountant this year (the other one retired) so I really should give him more than the 5-7 days the other guy managed to deal with!!! LOL
