Had a pretty crummy night's sleep last nite, so gonna give it up early tonite. I've had laryngitis for over a week and during the nite my head got stuffy and I started to cough. So headed for the recliner at about 3:30 a.m. but never really settled in that well. Made it through the day, tho!!
Sweet dreams, y'all!Jet hope your feeling better today and not getting anything like bronchitis or the flu...take care of yourself...
Thanks, CEK....I've not felt bad at all. Just the aggravation of some coughing and a little nose blowing. It wasn't even like a cold. Today I've had very little of either so hoping that the voice recovers fully in the next day or two. It's somewhat better today--but it's been gone for over a week now!!

SOURDOUGH BREADBREAD - FRUIT
Gabriele I have never heard of bread fruit...
Breadfruit are very rich in starch, which transforms to sugars when very ripe. Before being eaten, the fruits are roasted, baked, fried or boiled. When cooked, the taste of moderately ripe breadfruit is described as potato-like, or similar to freshly baked bread.
Sounds interesting...
Bread Box
I had heard of bread fruit, but did not really know what it was...so thanks for that explanation and photo, Gabriele! Is it something you eat in Australia?

Bread Box
BOX SOCIAL
another "old time" term - featured in the movie Oklahoma, remember?
boxes or baskets of food were auctioned to male bidders who won the privilege of eating and dancing with the woman who prepared the box lunch.

new profile pic from GlebView, I must be missing something technically. The link isn't clickable for me and I can't copy and paste it into the browser bar either. Does it show directly as a pic for everyone? I can only see the web address. I haven't been able to see your pics for a while now. Not sure what it is.
Yes, I can see the pic....

I don't know what to say, gabriele...annie saw it apparently. Is Gleb visible to you other sisters? Shame, if not! LOL
Luv, how many team names do you have now...here's another one - - from Emma.
I am surprised that more team names are not out and the "numbers" for each team. When is the premier? Is it in two weeks?
Is it next Monday? No....must be the.20th??
Thanks for the chart, Luv. I'll throw some darts this weekend and let you know my guesses then!

I can see the picture, but I do have a problem when CEK posts tumbler links. I can no longer get in to those or snoop from those posts/posters.
Hmmmm....wonder why?
