Well....sneaked in under the wire... again! Just went to the CPA and signed the corporate return (today is the deadline for filing) and picked up the personal returns. Of course, it was only last Wed. that I had the appointment to take the stuff in. Big sigh of relief now that I can cross that off my list of "to do's" before tomorrow morning!!
Almost finished with my current Brazilian embroidery project...hope to finish it tonite in quilt class (along with basting a quilt and making a fleece blanket!! LOL). Might be pushing things, but worth a whirl.
I will check in when I can over the next week...and, with some luck, may be able to actually catch the premiere with the rest of you all since we will be on EDT all week!! LOL. WOO HOO!!
Have a great rest of the day....gonna get the rest of my act together!!

He definitely looks like Peta. It's so much fun to look at babies; you can just imagine their little brains developing as they look around and take in the sights and sounds of life outside mama's body.

I have a lot on my agenda today...but I'll find time to poke my nose in here now and then.
My annual checkup was good yesterday. I am fortunate (I'll take a little credit though due to good diet) in that I don't have to take any meds as yet, for blood pressure, cholesterol, etc. I do take 2 rxs daily for my asthma and have for many years.
I'd like to lose 5 - 8 lbs...but I don't really "go on diets" anymore as they tend to have a rebound affect for me over time.
Have a wonderful day, sisters. Cassidy would be affected by the storm, too. And check in with us vmmmom if you can. (I think she thought they might lose power...)

Good Morning View...so glad your check up went well...I need to loose about 5-10 pounds but like you "diets" don't work for me either...I just need to cut out breads and starches, I am not a big sweet eater but I do love dark chocolate. I did stop eating chips when I had pneumonia this past holiday and haven't had any since November 11 which is a plus for me cause I am a chip eater but for some reason my taste change while I was sick...Hmmm lucky for me I guess...
I do hope Vmmm is doing well in the storms aftermath. Cassidy and Carrie would both be effected I would think. I do wish we would hear a word from them...
