Sooooo what do you all think about this post...
justine-1234 Just a thought.....Maks was not photographed with any of the other dancers at the airport yesterday. Maks was not at the interview today with the others. A tweet from a fan who seems to be based in LA indicates her mom will be meeting Meryl tomorrow. Is it possible Maks flew back to LA (from Seattle) to meet up with Meryl and they will both be flying to Hawaii tomorrow?
Could the pic of Maks have been taken on the way into Sea-Tac when he hadn't yet shaved!! I know he can grow the beard overnite, but if they flew out last nite, wouldn't he have been a bit less scruffy than he is in the photo??? Inquiring minds want to know.........

Thanks, Cassidy, KOS, and tango for your comments. All thought provoking and pertinent. So much similarity in our sisterhood perspectives!
I completely agree that Meryl's parents are supportive of her in all ways. While it must have seemed very strange to watch their daughter evolve into a demonstrative young woman as the world watched (I never thot Mom looked all that comfortable when they showed her on camera!!), I'm sure they had spent some time with Maks before the show started when he and Sharna were in MI--and also as the season went on. They must exhibit all the wonderful attributes Meryl does because you only get what you teach and model to your children. I also thought it was incredibly telling and very classy that they and Meryl's friends all went to SWAY when she was out of the country. Yes, Maks is an old soul in a young body in many ways. He knows how to treat people and show respect--something not often exhibited these days in younger people. It takes a sense of maturity, values, and worldly perspective to learn that.
Thinking about tango's comment on college being a time to explore one's sense of self made me think that in a certain way, that is what DWTS offered Meryl. She just didn't know it at the time! Three months vs. 4 years--but it was intensive and had so many aspects!!!
I know there is our fairy tale ending to this story; it is only a matter of time! Thanks for letting me share.....
Hi Jet.......I agree about Meryl being in somewhat of a bubble. But, we need not forget that she has travelled all over the world.

beautiful lord sharna last night at the meet and greet! (thanks to my very sweet messenger Jodi)I have also seen a picture of the look on Maks’ face when Jodi asked him the question, although she has asked me not to share as she is in the picture too (her husband was taking the photos as she held the mic). He looks shocked in it, as if he was just caught robbing a shop or something.
LOl...i would love to see that pic of the look on Maks face!!!
