We have this friendship that I have no doubt in my mind is a life-long friendship.  Getting a chance to know him away from training for Dancing With the Stars, I think we've gotten a chance to know each other in a different way, which of course just makes you closer.     Hey, CEK....it's been kinda hot. Today not bad,

    A couple friends and I went to a local theatre to see Vicki Lawrence/Mama on Saturday. She/they were AWESOME!!!! One very talented lady! I had no idea she had a 1 hit wonder....written by her 1st hubby, recorded by her. It was "The Nite the Lights Went Out in Georgie!" Who woulda known!!! She actually sang about 3 songs in the 1st half when she was Vicki--and maybe 4 in the 2nd half as Mama. One of those was Mama singing a rap song and dancing as she did it!!! VERY FUNNY!!!!!!!

    sounds awesome!!!!  and I didn't know she sang either....LOL

    Oh, that sounds like such a cool show....would love to go myself....lol

    I always liked Vicki Lawrence that sounds like it would be a good show

    BTW--I'm doing well, but Im pretty tired today. It was a busy weekend. I stayed up late Saturday night, waiting for R2D2 to come home from prom, and then we had to get up early Sunday for robotics.

    Pretty sure it is terrorism, they are saying here. Explosion and 19 dead; 50 wounded.

    I think tomorrow night is when all of the contestants come back. WHat time is the show tomorrow? I just realized that the hs concert is tomorrow night.

    No doubt.  We don't give the same level of coverage to foreign acts of terrorism.  They happen all too frequently around the world.
