Vmmm I am so happy for our "middle niece".  What an accomplishment for her.  I hope that she continues on her path and will overlook the ignorance of those that have been mean to her.  I know you are so proud of her...

Granddaughter always eats at least 3 LARGE helpings (this girl is the hockey player and about the size of her hockey stick!) and grandson eats at least 2 helpings. Had to cook up more for the men...whenever they arrive!! It's already almost 6:30 and they were supposed to call when they were headed home.....yeah, right!!! LOL

We are spaghetti eaters here too..I actually fix something "Italian" each week for supper...spaghetti, baked ziti, chicken parm..but spaghetti is the favorite.

There’s nothing like seeing a young person committed. Committed to their academics, to making their communities better. holding themselves accountable at every step knowing that their actions matter! Knowing their worth and never taking it for granted. iamvalc: and lastly, to this incredible woman and everything she stands for. for reaching out to me. again. and again… and again, until I replied and found the time to come visit and speak at her school. she believed in her kids and was willing to do whatever it took to bring out the best in them, even if it meant having “that guy from that dance show your mother loves” come and talk to them. I did just that. And fell in absolute love. I am so very grateful that you slid into my DMs and didn’t settle for “delivered” but kept at it until it was “read.” all jokes aside, you’re a testament to the simple yet grand idea that.. You don’t have to have much to share a whole lot. All you need is desire and follow thru. To all the school teachers, care takers, people that dedicate themselves to seek and realize greatness in others. For being selfless and viciously persistent about it.
