    WOW!!!!!!  Maks has already liked Meryl's pictures.........man that was fast. LOL  He must have been waiting and waiting for her to post her Challenge. LOL

    HI CEK.  Sounds like you had quite a day with Hubby.  Those classes are very informational.  My mother is borderline, but she doesn't stick to her diet. LOL  But everytime they test her, she is in good shape (blood sugar wise).  Go figure.  Hope everything goes well for your hubby.  Luckly, he doesn't have to take insulin.

    Yes, it has been a good day on the ship.

    LOL!!...overall it's been a good day....can't wait to see how Maks and Val react to being called out by them for a redo!!!LOL....Cheryl was on Dr. Oz today
