did you see that Zendaya's dad tweeted a pic of Julianne last halloween when she dressed up in black face and an orange jumpsuit and made a comment about why would dwts ask someone to judge that had the bad taste to do that??  he took it down later that same day but the tumblrs caught it  

I know they called it Black Face, but it just looked like a heavy spray tan to me. I actually remember when the Lions Club in my home town would do Black Face routines during their annual show. It was REALLY Black Face and would never be allowed (and shouldn't) now. I guess, with Julianne, the important thing was her intent, not the actual color of her skin. Not wise, on her part, and insulting to black people everywhere.

As has been pointed out, in actual ballroom dance contests, relatives are not allowed to judge. I think the same should apply to DWTS. But then, I don't think people should be allowed to call in votes. Of course, that would hurt the ratings, but not with people like me.

I wonder the same thing too!!!  I think that Sharna, Maks and even Jenna got the short end of the stick on this deal...and I hate to tell DWTS but Maks was a BIG part of that show...I hope with all the negative feelings they do something for Maks and Sharna....Jenna will most likely make Pro in the next season or so...but the other two are BIG in the Pros....I hope they do something WONDERFUL  with either BWAT or SWAY or even something bigger and better.....
Unless Maks gets something wonderful with DWTS or turned the offer down, he got pooped on...as did Sharna!!!

All we can do now is hope that this old saying is true: " When one door closes, another door opens." ( or something like that -- not sure I got it right).
