Gabriele....how is everything going with the fire dangers????? have they improved any??????
We've had a fairly moderate few days. But it will be heating up again towards the weekend, when we also celebrate our Australia Day. Celebrations have been cancelled by some of the councils because of the forecast heat. Maybe just as well, as there are protests every year by the indigenous Australia for who it is colonisation/invasion day and a day of grief, not celebration.
Glad the dangers have gone down a bit.....hope it will continue to improve.....and that is interesting about Australia day

Teal? Teal is the club colour of a local football club. Or maybe it's spelt differently. Sounds too close to 'seal' imo. You'd want to imagine what other kids make of it when they get to school ect. Or just shout it across the yard, as if you're calling the kid for lunch. If it sounds silly..... then it probably is. *lol*
My son's middle name is 'Ronan', which means 'tiny seal'. At least he isn't called 'Seal' outright. *lol*
I am not a fan of strange names.....lol
I have a friend who's daughter named her son Ronan. Wow, how "connected" we "sisters" are. LOL

The Aborigines (is that how it is spelled?) have always interested me. I have no real knowledge of them, but I saw a movie with them in it and I found them fascinating.

Ugh....Ipad just locked up, I am now on my computer. Gabriele, was is the normal temps there for summer. I know you have been 105, is that normal?
Any day in the 20s (Celsius) I'm grateful for. January is the middle month of Summer, so in the 30s is the norm. I'm ok and we mostly only switch the airconditioning on when it gets close to or above body temperature.
