Ugh....Ipad just locked up, I am now on my computer. Gabriele, was is the normal temps there for summer. I know you have been 105, is that normal?
Any day in the 20s (Celsius) I'm grateful for. January is the middle month of Summer, so in the 30s is the norm. I'm ok and we mostly only switch the airconditioning on when it gets close to or above body temperature.
are you more inland or more on the coast???
We're about an hour's drive away from the next beach to the West and equally far from the beach to the South. The area is called 'Adelaide Hills', just East of Adelaide, the State's capital city.

Glad the dangers have gone down a bit.....hope it will continue to improve.....and that is interesting about Australia dayThe Aborigines (is that how it is spelled?) have always interested me. I have no real knowledge of them, but I saw a movie with them in it and I found them fascinating.
Was it 'Australia' with Hugh Jackman and Nicole Kidman? Loved that one.
No, it was a different one. Long, long time ago. I would love to see Australia the movie. I heard it was great and to hear it from an "Aussie" makes me want to rent it. LOL

LOL.....will have to look that up as we use Fahrenheit temp readings. LOL
Those are the stats for summer where we live:-
In summer (December to February) the average maximum is around 29 °C (84 °F), but there is considerable variation and Adelaide can usually expect several days a year when the daytime temperature is 39 °C (102 °F) and there are generally two or more days in which the maximum is 40 °C (104 °F) or slightly above.

Do you get to the beach often? Of course and hour away isn't that close. I bet you have beautiful "water".
