I guess, if you can't agree on the TV program, there is always the new aquarium to 'watch' as well.  We've had gold fish at some state.  It's so calming to watch them with the steady humming of the air pump in the background.

yep....LOL.....luckily we agree on most shows......LOL.....he doesn't even object to DWTS....LOL

LOL.......luv your hubby. LOL

I use to have fish, but they all kept dying.  It became too much of a hassle, but I do love to watch them swim.

have you ever seen the show Tanked where they make the huge fish tanks???

We don't actually.  My eldest's Father lives at the coast, so he could share the water sports with him when he grew up.  But he hasn't come to like it.  With my little guy, I'm too worried that he doesn't have good enough water safety awareness as yet.  When we went there some years ago, it was on a beach where they dredge.  I wasn't aware that there was such a drop just in front of our feet.  Suddenly, a black triangular fin cut through the water right in front of us.  It was probably a dolphin, but my little guy and I were spooked by it, as it was so unexpected.  It was about as close as you would sit in front of each other across a dining table.

Oh wow....that is close.....do you get a lot of rip tides there

Yes, you can definitely get carried out into the open ocean.  On the more popular beaches, there are flags to tell you where it is safe to swim out.

that's the same here too

sounds like Florida.....is it humid there too???

We have some humid days as well, but the majority is dry, as the main wind direction is Northerly from the desert.  Is it humid where you are?

here in Florida, yes.....LOL....we specialize in humidity....LOL.....I think Jet and Gunner have the drier heat on the West coast

Eeeek.  I hate the humid heat.  It's call it 'suicide season' in the Northern Territory.  Everything goes moldy right under your eyes.....  do you use the airconitioner to dry the air in your home?

I waded in the ocean down in FL once, didn't go too far out though.
