Not really near. I used to go to this galleria fairly often when I lived in Dallas County. But, six years ago my husband and I moved to Austin which is about 4 and 1/2 hours from Dallas. My friend Kim is always bugging me to come up, and I have several times. But she and her husband will probably be in Florida for Thanksgiving, and I wouldn't want to go by myself. I got Kim turned on to M&M and DWTS, but she's not a fanatic like me!!!!

kind of sounds like it ....isn't this the same place Maks appeared at for the meet and greet when he did the Dallas show??? the one with the interviewer we liked ...that he responded to and that let him talk???? maybe that same guy will interview Meryl and Charlie!!!!
The radio station is not at the Galleria, but I think they were giving away a few tickets there.

The party idea was great, my daughter-in-law is wonderful at planning these things, but then she stresses out at the last minute and shuts down...I told her not to do this to herself that the big parties are nice but she has 3 to plan for and my son...and the little ones probably won't remember much about them in 10 years...neither of my children wanted big parties...my daughter would rather had the presents and my son when he got older wanted to just take a couple friends to the movies and for pizza...
