    I used to watch ncis all of the time....loved that show.....haven't seen it in ages.....watch Tony's last show.

    Magic guy sent Mel b rings up in the air with balloons.....then they appeared on the desk in a box....

    Guy with the yo yo.....not what is called but similar...lol

    Oh wow.....so sad that the doctors can't  seem to help.  Would one of those long compression socks help with the swelling?

    Doc suggested that and strengthening her quads.  She has the compression sleeve and when she wore it, her knee got more sore....and when she wore it while traveling, the swelling went down to her ankle!!!!!!  Really WEIRD!!!

     
    She did go to the pool yesterday and did some water aerobics....which she should do anyway.  I think stationary or real bike riding might be good for it....at least strengthening.

    I absolutely love him, and he’s an incredible person. We have this friendship that I have no doubt in my mind is a life-long friendship.  Getting a chance to know him away from training for Dancing With the Stars, I think we've gotten a chance to know each other in a different way, which of course just makes you closer.     LOL. LOL. So when will they know if they make it to live show??  Do they have to get the buzzer??

    Strange.....has she tried that sports tape that the dwts use?  I used it and it did help with pain...and you can put it where you want or need.  It also supports

    The guest judge is the only one that can give the golden buzzer now....Kim Jong is the judge with the power....lol.   They will go through all of the acts and the at the end of the show...they tell everyone who goes through or goes home..

    She hasn't tried that yet....might be worth a try, tho.  I read about it in something online that I googled trying to find information about such things.

    I hear swimming is excellent and will not wear out the joints or muscles.
