Annie, I think I was the one who said something like that--I just wondered why Maks would have dated Erin after I watched their tango package and her attitude was so annoying and immature. Absolutely zero grit! If he had had to put up with that for 12 weeks, he would have been sick of it, I should think. I have the impression Maks did date her (have seen it several places) after the show---but only briefly. Interesting that it might have been a sympathetic move, tho. Probably why it lasted a very short time. He lived with Karina and Peta--and we know what happened with those two! Perhaps they chased him, as some have speculated--whereas with Meryl he was obviously taken with her from the git-go--and pretty much made no bones about it. I wonder if he and Meryl will defer living together until they get married. Gossip rags will get hold of info like that at some point, I would think--unless they keep saying JLo has moved in with him!! Oh--maybe that is why that keeps popping up?! haha Because he and Meryl aren't even in the same city most of the time!!!!

Glad you got a laugh from my earlier post. I was/am just soooooooooo happy today!!!!! Wonder why!!! LOL Couldn't contain myself!! Laughter is good for the soul too......

I guess they will live together when they are in the same city! haha You know, stay at each other's apartment or house instead of one of them going to a hotel. 
I read a direct quote from Maks at the beginning of Season 18 where he said that he is shyer than people think and is not always out chasing girls. Peta approached him and probably Karina too. Someone introduced him to Kate Upton, and they began to have trouble even the first month. They "dated" for about six months. I wonder why he said he was dating all these women but won't come out with it with Meryl.

I can only contribute here from what I read in the figure skating forums since Sochi.  It's assumed that Meryl had a three year on-off relationship with F (lets just leave it at that letter...).  But even fans who followed her closely for years say there is no real proof and definitely no admission by Meryl that this assumption is true.  Maks on the other hand shouted his engagement with Karina from the rooftops only to see it fail.  So now, he admires Ryan Gosling and the secrecy surrounding them.  If you look at the determination these two are capable of, I think we will be here enjoying many cartons of Denim and Luv's cakes together,  which is a pleasant thought too.  Personally, I think as the last three of Maks' relationships haven't made the one-year-mark, I think from one year onwards we might see something.  Hopefully, I am too pessimistic here.  There is always hope!!!
