LOL. LOL. That was pretty funny actually. I think at first the “line cutters” were a little uncomfortable but we didn’t really care about claiming “first in line” status!!! It wasn’t going to matter for us because we had 12PM tix...but their 3PM would have really impacted them had they been checking times yesterday. It was really nice of my SIL to give them the 1PM voucher....we didn’t need it and weren’t going to use it (she had it in case other people in the choir needed extra tix) and since they were so friendly when we started to talk to them, we didn’t want them to get shoved to the back of the line after being there so early!! Paying it forward is something that costs very little (or nothing in this case) and hopefully made their trip a little more memorable.
It is a long day of waiting around cuz it costs $17.00 to park. Even tho there are shops and loads of places to eat, it’s not the Mall of America!!! LOL. We know it well now....and how to get there!!! LOL. When we go back for the Oscars.....

I absolutely love him, and he’s an incredible person. We have this friendship that I have no doubt in my mind is a life-long friendship. Getting a chance to know him away from training for Dancing With the Stars, I think we've gotten a chance to know each other in a different way, which of course just makes you closer. Meryl

I absolutely love him, and he’s an incredible person. We have this friendship that I have no doubt in my mind is a life-long friendship. Getting a chance to know him away from training for Dancing With the Stars, I think we've gotten a chance to know each other in a different way, which of course just makes you closer. Meryl

Wanting to touch base.... I haven't had a chance to follow closely since around about the end of June. I did catch however that Jet had exciting news about family members featuring in the TV show. Hope I haven't missed any major events in the sisterhood. My not-so-little guy has been excluded from school (following an incident....) we have been homeschooling him. Together with my mobility issues, it's been a very busy time, together with dealing with the fallout from the incident and some other school issues, like a controversy over where to send him for secondary school next year.
I'll try to jump on for S.27. Just wanting to let the two sisters, who are to get prizes still for S. 25, know that it will happen. Eventually.
Will come up for air soon. Hopefully.
Have we heard from view? I'm worried about her absence.

No we have not heard anything from View on the board or emails sent to her. I to am very concered from no hearing anything.
The only really big thing that has happened is Val proposed to Jenna while they were on vacation in Europe...

Hi Gabriele, I am so glad that you "checked in", I have been wondering about you. I am sorry to hear that you have had some problems, incidents and issues with schooling for your son. Home schooling is hard in itself, but with everything else you must deal with makes it harder and more time consuming. I hope that something can be worked out for him next year. Also, I hope that you can finally get some of your mobility issues taken care of. I know that all of us sister are behind you 100 percent. HUGS

PureDWTS Season 27: Partnership Predictions/Confirmations
So given all the intel that’s fallen in our laps as of late, it’s only natural that we want to start speculating on which celebs are with which pros. Below are my best guesses, based on what we’ve seen/heard – partnerships in BOLD have been confirmed (either by the pros themselves or a source), and I’ve tried to include links to posts that contain the information I used to match up the partnerships. I think Keo & Brandon’s partners have yet to be leaked. Thanks to @ptxdwts on Twitter for helping me stay on top of these!
1.) Nancy McKeon & Val (confirmed on GMA)
2.) Bobby Bones & Sharna (Bobby lives in Nashville – Sharna’s been there all week, and pix put them in the same rehearsal studio)
3.) Danelle Umstead & Artem (Danelle lives in Park City – Artem was spotted there)
4.) DeMarcus Ware & Lindsay (DeMarcus lives in Southlake, TX – Lindsay has been there all week)
5.) Juan Pablo Di Pace & Cheryl (Juan followed Cheryl & DWTS, then unfollowed)
6.) Mary Lou Retton & Sasha (due to height constraints – MLR is 4’9″)
7.) “Grocery” Joe Amabile & Jenna (just a hunch)

WOO HOO, Gabriele!!!!!! (hugs). It is GREAT to hear from you!!!!. Thanks so much for checking in as you have been on my mind a great deal recently. Very glad ot hear that you are alright, despite your mobility issues...and so sad to hear that your son has had to leave school. I’m sure you are doing your very best....so hang in there and all will work out, I’m sure. You aren’t the only one dealing with this sort of thing. My niece had a boy in her 1st grade class 2 years ago who worked very well with her...sitting next to her desk. But the parents had LOADS of problems with the admin.....a really horrendous story....and my niece got kinda trapped in it trying to help the family get the correct diagnosis and services he was entitled to and would have benefitted from. He is still in the same school but I have no idea how he is doing. I guess since he’s still IN school, it must not be too bad!!! LOL
Woried about View also....and hoping she will emerge again in the near future.
Don’t worry about the prizes!! Doubt anyone has given that much of a thought! . You are a loooooong way away (never mind the homeschooling, your mobility issue, etc.!!), so you deserve a pass!! And there is always next season!!! LOL

LOL. LOL. An indication of advancing age, I guess.....I only have ever heard of 2 celebs: Mary Lou Retton and John Schneider (if he is the one who was also on Dukes of Hazard when my son was about 10!!!!!! LOL). If it is a different John Schneider, I have no idea who he is!!!! LOL. LOL
I need to get out more, I guess!!!!! . Where is Annie? I hope she knows who more of these people are than I do!!! LOL. She is much more hip!!! LOL

OMG!!! I just googled John Schneider and I feel so HIP!!!! LOL. . Read his bio and I remember when he married Tawny Little, who was a local TV news anchor in LA; they divorced 3 years later. I thought I had heard a while back that he was now a singer but apparently he is also a film producer, screenwriter, etc.
Just thot I would let everyone know that I know 2 celebs instead of only 1!!! But notice they are both known from the early 1980’s!!! LOL. My son’s favorite TV show was “The Duke Boys” during that time....before he was 10, actually!!!! LOL. He and his pal used to have Matchbox cars of “The General” and recreate the “Dukes of Hazzard”!!!
I think the guy who played the Sheriff in that show died earlier this year.
