Angel city singing now.....
We just got our van repainted...looked all nice and shiny....hubby and the driver’s door had a fight with an electronic gate at the airport.....lol.........and the gate won!!!!! LOL. I really was worried the insurance company would total it as it is a 2006 Ford full-size van but it runs great and is in excellent condition, so the first blessing was that they didn’t total it and the 2nd was that hubby (oh—wrong order!! LOL) got away with minor injuries considering he was thrown under the vehicle when it backed up on him. He’s still a bit sore, but he didn’t break anything OR get run over...so it could ahve been much worse. We’ll be back on the road in a couple weeks. They will replace the door and left front fender with parts from the recycled car lot!!! LOL
How’d the Angel City folks do tonite? We talked to one of their members on Wed. last week. She was in the row in front of us (young gal)...so I think I’ll vote for them tonite. She was sweet!! And I don’t think they will go on either.
Oh my....so glad your hubby didn't get hurt. Lol...those electric gates...dangerous sometimes...lad you could get it fixed....we have a 2003 that runs greats....I say if it is in good shape keep it....lol

Glad they are doing ok....and are you surviving??!!! LOL. How is grandma doing??
Been a crazy few days here too. Dropped the van at the body shop yesterday morning after we got a rental car!! Had another discussion about whether to get a 2nd car. Was surprised hubby has kind’ve come around to my thoughts that we are ok wiht it as it is for now. If we need one in the future, we’ll get something.
We're hanging in there....some days are rougher than others but it's improving
How long will it take you to get the van back? How’s li’l guy doing?
Should have the van back in 1-2 weeks depending on how the parts fit. If they don’t fit, they will find others. That will be the toughest part probably.
Well...so far he's made it through yesterday and today with out getting in trouble at school again....so fingers crossed

I think the kids are fine with it. You know how kids are....they never look back! I sent my li’l nieces each a card with a note telling them how much I enjoyed watching them and congratulating them for a job well done. Put $10.00 in each one so they could treat themselves to ice cream. The little one asked my SIL if she could use it for something else if she didn’t want ice cream!!! LOL. (What kid doesn’t want ice cream?!! LOL). SIL said she knew that would be fine!!! LOL. It was very cute and so like that one!!!

Yes, he dodged more than a couple bullets on that, actually. Blessings everywhere! I agree, Luv, if it runs well and works for you, stick with it! I don’t care for all the whistles and bells on the new ones we have rented in the past 3 months!!! LOL. Just more stuff to go wrong and need fixing!! Oh yeah....the “don’t back up” spikes blew out the right front tire!!! We had the paperwork on the tires and it was pretty new, so only cost $25.00 for a new replacement!
