Well...it started Sun morning in NO but I thought I could make it back to Jax.....halfway back I wasn't so sure but made my hubby keep going so we weren't stranded in the middle somewhere

Oh april.....  that is an awful kind of pain, not dull or easy to take....   I feel for you.  Hope you get it removed sooner than later.  Hugs.

GOOD MORNING!

So sorry I missed last nite’s AGT results show!!! We looked it up on the internet in our quilt class at about 7PM here....an hour before it aired here!!! LOL. We were all rooting for Zurcharo, but they seem to have a whole schedule of shows lined up, including something with Voices of Hope. My SIL confirmed that last nite. So that will be exciting...whenever it happens! We hope to be able to go to Vegas and watch them. The Zurcharo cast was so loving and wonderful to the VOH kids.

Further update on VOH....my SIL said things are getting crazy with them as the holiday season nears. They are busy, busy, with all sorts of performances in the local area...at malls, recording an album, singing in the church (not every week, as I understand it), Christmas caroling a few times somewhere or another. So the exposure will probably open doors for many of the individuals and groups that performed on AGT...and that’s nice!

APRIL....so glad you are back in familiar territory, but thoughts and prayers for a quick recovery so you can get the stone out of you and really be on the mend. I may have told you my daughter has had a couple kidney stones...worst one when she was a senior in HS....but she was able to pass them. It’s an excruiciating pain you can’t relieve so I hope you are able to get rid of the infection so you can get it removed....even tho that sounds horrible too!! .

Cranberry juice is very good for you (you have to drink 100%, tho, which is VERY tart), but if you mix a little something else with it (not too much to overly dilute the strength), it should be helpful. You’ll get used to the flavor if you drink it daily.

Again, so sorry I missed you all last nite. Had bunco in the afternoon with the Golden Girls and quilt class last nite almost as soon as I got home!

Looking forward to *seeing* you all on Monday nites for DWTS!! Mondays seem to work pretty well for me!!! YEA!!!

I am so excited to hear that VOH are booked for lots of things. LOL  Of course, the busy schedule might take a toll on the kids, but I bet they are still loving the attention. LOL 

I really wanted Zurcaroh to win, but I can live with Shin Lim. LOL  After he won, Zurcaroh was again "very sportsmanship" and hosted him up in the air. LOL  I saw a lot of comments on the internet about how gracious Zurcaroh acted when they "lost".   Of course, I already knew how great these people were from how the treated VOH, but it sure was nice to read others comments on how they were to Shin lim.  I am very glad that their schedule is booked too. LOL  I can't wait to hear more about VOH & Zurcaroh's "act".  It will be something to remember. LOL
