Jet...how is your hubby's ribs feeling?
Thanks, Luv....they are slowly feeling better. Probably another couple weeks or a month till they will be completely back to normal. Once we figured out what the situation was....and that nothing was broken....just strained or bruised cartilage....it was only a matter of time.
Ok now I am really behind...Jet what happened to your hubby??
Long story....short version: he and our newly painted van took on a magnetic card reader and gate...and the gate won!!! lOL. Fortunately he got away with minor injuries but some strange pain in his ribcage that the VA tried to link to his heart!!! We found it on the internet...to a tea....called slipping rib syndrome. Basically it is bruised/strained/torn cartilege that holds the false ribs together—usually from injury or trauma. It causes a sharp pain with muscle movement. Can go away over time or they suggest a nerve block. I think it will go away in a few more weeks.
I absolutely love him, and he’s an incredible person. We have this friendship that I have no doubt in my mind is a life-long friendship. Getting a chance to know him away from training for Dancing With the Stars, I think we've gotten a chance to know each other in a different way, which of course just makes you closer. Meryl

Last weekend we went to New Orleans and the day we came back I got a kidney stone and fever and was in the hospital for a few days because I also had a severe kidney infection.....the infection is almost cleared but the stone is too big for the to blast so I'm gonna have to have surgery to have it removed....it's a little complicated by the fact that I also have temp custody of my 4 nieces and nephews but they can't leave Jax so I'm making weekly trips between Jax and Orlando...so kind of also trying to decide what city to have the surgery in
Just get the best doctors.....
Truly....the place where you are most comfortable.
Well....my docs here know about Niecey and my anxiety with hospitals and their noises....so I think it might make it easier on me....my brother and his wife are going to watch the Brady Bunch for me while I have the surgery and recover
