    Meryl Davis - Thinking a lot lately about the energy each of us puts out into the universe & the impact we have on the lives of others. Specifically, I’m thinking about the role that social media plays in our society today. Honestly, I’ve had a complicated relationship with these platforms as they’ve become more & more a part of our everyday lives. I began using @facebook at 19… @twitter at 22 and @instagram at about 24 years of age… While I’m in constant awe of the information & connectivity available at our fingertips every day, I consider myself one of the lucky ones who experienced a childhood without a phone in my hand. There is beauty, camaraderie & inspiration to be found online, to be sure, but there is also a lot of darkness. How often do we find ourselves comparing ourselves, our lives, our looks or our “successes” to strangers online? For me, the answer is TOO often. 🔶 My questions to you are: 🔸What positive role does social media play in your life? 🔸How do you work to maintain a healthy perspective? 🔸In what ways do you experience authenticity online? Let’s chat… I’m eager to have an open & honest conversation 🧡✨
