Hi Sisters!
Just wanting to let you know that I came back from hospital with a new spare part. Anaesthestics didn't agree with me, lots of fainting spells and puking with very low blood pressure. On the upside. I have been off pain medication within 48 hours of my total hip replacement, which is just perfect!!!.
Hope all has been well in the sisterhood in the interim.
Looks like you have to swing the mop for a sping cleaning again, CEK! *lol* Glad you got your tooth sorted. Toothaches are so debilitating.
Take care.

Hello Gabriele, I didn't know you had went in for you hip replacement. I hope it went better then this one....LOL
Just kidding. Pretty soon you will be up and dancing.....hehe. Sorry that the Anaesthestics didn't agree with you. Those can be a bit scary when that happens. However, it sounds like you are doing well. Are you at home or in a rehab/hospital? Keep us update. Very happy for you. Hugs

Well.... if I had just woken up with the legs of a supermodel.... *lol* but it wouldn't go with the rest of me, just like in the pic. *lol*
Normally, patients stay for 2 - 3 nights following hip replacement. I did stay for 4 nights, as they couldn't get my blood pressure up enough to walk around without dizziness and the risk of falling. I was offered to transfer to a rehab clinic, but went home. My little guy had not spent a night away since birth and so felt it was the best to not overdo it. Our new support worker stayed at our house while I was gone. Luv, our previous guy Sam works as systems analyst with NEC, an IT company now. We are lucky to still have the expertise as the new guy also studies computer science.

Hi Gabriele...I am so sorry I didn't know you were getting your new part. So glad you are on the mend now. I am going to put off my knee replacement as long as I can.
You are so right I never dreamed a toothache could hurt worse than having a baby...LOL
Again glad you are doing well. HUGS

Hey Luv Thanks, and you are right about how they hurt. Only the second worse pain I have ever felt next to a kidney stone.
Hope your doing well. HUGS

Hey everyone. Hope you are doing well. I am much better now, tooth is still a tad bit sensitive to the touch but they said it will be till all the infection has gone.
So it is summer here in VA, guess we are going to miss spring. Been in the 80's most of the week, looking for rain tonight.
Been busy helping my DIL do some work in her kitchen. Hubby and my son will be knocking a wall down tomorrow. Fingers crossed it goes as planned. LOL
Going to be posting some news off and on while I do some things here.
