That is horrendous. My daughter went for that and it was a roller coaster and very expensive. Adopted 3 after she finally listened to me!!!! LOL. She had to come to that on her own really, but first she had to listen to what I was saying....and she finally did.

It is a tough journey.  I had a string of miscarriages in my forties, when the biological clock ticks loudly.  Is it your daughter who had the surgery for the antibiotic-resistant bacteria infection some time ago?  I forgot the name of it.

Hugs.....it has to be very hard when you have miscarriages...

My SIL, who was a nurse practitioner in OB/GYN said that overall infertility is 30%, which includes miscarriages.  Amazes me it is that high but loads of factors that most of us take for granted.  Daughter had “old eggs” in her 20’s!  Yes, she is the one who had MRSA, but has not had a recurrence since that time about 3+ years ago?  She has psoriasis, which is an auto-immune disease (comes thru hubby’s side), and figures that is where the MRSA got into her bloodstream.  She had a particularly bad outbreak during that time.  Often related to stress.  She goes for light therapy (like a quick tanning booth) which helps eradicate the psoriasis or keeps it from coming up.

I absolutely love him, and he’s an incredible person. We have this friendship that I have no doubt in my mind is a life-long friendship.  Getting a chance to know him away from training for Dancing With the Stars, I think we've gotten a chance to know each other in a different way, which of course just makes you closer. So good to hear she has been able to keep it in check.  There is no absolute cure, I gather?

Yes.....how is your daughter doing jet?

She’s doing very well, actually!   Thank you both for asking.  She’s been very well during this past school year...no days out of school for sickness (only occasionally for one of the kids but overall they have all een well).  Helps when your own kids aren’t sick!!!  LOL

I think it si one of thoe that can linger dormant in the bloodstream waiting to re-emerge.  She has tried pretty hard to pay attention to her diet because all of the auto-immune stuff feeds on sugar and other stuff you should limit anyway!!

Really?  I didn't know sugar "played" with your immune system.  That is good information to have.

Re: Get ready for DWTS Season 27

I better get a move on.  Our support worker will be here in a hour and I'll take forever to put myself through the shower.  Still using a shower chair.  It's like in the retirement home.  *lol*  Now, there was my bit of oversharing for the day.  *lol*
