    Do they use the whole gator?  Or just the tail?

    Humm....okay....are the gators caught in the wild or are there some gator farms out there?  I would think you could just go out and pick one up if you wanted...lol

    yep....they cut up the meat then bread and fry it like you would pop corn shrimp or chicken nuggets

    most people would use the whole gator if they catch it themselves (have to have a permit and only in season)....but most people just buy a small pack in the store or eat it at a restaurant....LOL
