    YIKES!!!!!!!  Humidity is the killer!!!  Did you see France had 114.5 degrees F a few days ago??

    I absolutely love him, and he’s an incredible person. We have this friendship that I have no doubt in my mind is a life-long friendship.  Getting a chance to know him away from training for Dancing With the Stars, I think we've gotten a chance to know each other in a different way, which of course just makes you closer.     yeah she has 5 acres of land....its all fenced....which is why we think the deer like it

    Today it seems to have kind’ve turned the corner a bit.  He started to go with dog and me for a walk but only made a couple blocks so he went back and iced it.  Seems ok now.  It’s not fully fixed, but better than it was.

     
    Oh....glad it is better.....but do you think he should go to a DR?  It sounds like he may have tweaked it really bad.

     
    He’s discussed it with his doc.  Spinal stenosis so not much they can do for it.  Not going to do surgery....not that debilitating.  He just has to rest it till it improves....he knew when he tweaked it...and he knows he can’t do that!!!
