I don’t think he did.

Awww.....I think I missed hearing that he was having trouble with it

Aw....that is so sad, especially since it was the banks fault....

Jet, when does hockey season restart

Middle of the month, I think.  The kids are coming up on Friday for a few days....last chance before school and hockey begin!!  Daughter and kids coming in on Sunday as well.  Should be a lovely bunch of coconuts!!!  LOL

I absolutely love him, and he’s an incredible person. We have this friendship that I have no doubt in my mind is a life-long friendship.  Getting a chance to know him away from training for Dancing With the Stars, I think we've gotten a chance to know each other in a different way, which of course just makes you closer. Several years ago she was diagnosed with cirrhosis of the liver!!!  She has never been much of a drinker!!  It is called a fatty liver in people who don’t consume excessive alcohol.  Basically when the liver gets fatty deposits (from poor diet—she is a fast food addict due to stress and over-commitment to other people) it causes affected parts of the liver to develope scar tissue.  It cannot regenerate in those areas so if you don’t preserve the functioning liver thru healthy eating, it will eventually fail.  She knows what she needs to do....eat lots of chicken and rice, stay away from fried foods, eat veggies and fruit!!!

Oh goodness.......hopefully it will get better soon

She knows when she has been naughty for too long because it causes a pain under her rib cage.  When she starts eating right again, it seems to subside.   When she was first diagnosed with it, she went to WeightWatchers and lost about 35#, looked great, felt good, then...well, you know how things can go....she fell off the wagon, so to speak, and let herself get back into bad eating habits.  I hope she will keep on doing the right things. It’s not that hard...but does require a ceertain amount of planning.  If she blows it for a day, she needs to restart the next.

Is it her daughter that was diagnosed with breast cancer

Very happy that she seems to be able to get back into a somewhat normal life. She has a good support system around her. Glad that she had the time to say goodbye....hard....but I think easier.

What is wrong with her liver?

Oh my....I hope that she can continue to watch and take care of her liver.

My grandma had liver issues, but nothing like that. She always took a bit of limon juice with olive oil in the mornings, not sure why or what it did, but it help her in some way.

Olive oil is one of those foods that helps more than hurts.  Lemon juice...maybe like vinegar...also has properties that must help with digestion and other things.  I’ll tell my SIL!!!

It is soooo hard to lose weight....I lost a lot of weight and kept it off for over 10 years, then stress, life and other things came up and before I knew it...well....lets just say, I need a diet. Lol.

Jet...how is your hubby's back?  Is it all better from his plane wing lifting?

Thanks, Luv....it’s been good the past couple months.  Once in a while he mentions it a little “sensitive” (whatever that means!!!  LOL. He was under the bathroom sink becoming a plumber today!!!!  The cabinet is about 3-4” off the floor so he folded up a bunch of towels to elevate his bottom and get under the sink!!!
