Glad his back is better.....now he can get those "honey do list" done....lol. Way to be creative for the sink repair.
LOL. LOL. He’s been a good boy!! And when he went to the cardiologist a couple weeks ago for his 3 month check up, he had to admit he hadn’t been exercising as regularly or much as he should. So I suggested we make a “star chart”...you know, like kindergarten....lol....and then we can put stars up when we walk!!! It has helped!!Lol...lol....yay for stars....does he get an award after a week full of stars? Lol. Maybe, I should try that....you never know what will help when working for a goal.
I told him we will take the stack of monthly star charts when he goes back for a stress test in April!!! LOL

It’s a pretty easy sport!!! It’s all about times....go fast and try to touch first!!! LOL. LOL. The great thing is that you are always trying to swim your own best time...
Probably the easiest on the joints too.
Yes....no stress on the joints. Develops strength but not bulky muscles (unless you are really serious and do weight lifting as a part of the training).
Well.....he’s on the short, small side soooooooooo.......lol

Does he have a sport he thinks he wants to try? Just be sure he knows that whatever he starts he has to finish...no wimp-outs! Doesn’t have to sign up to do it again, but finish what he starts. It’s called commitment!!! My daughter still blames me for making her committed!!!!! LOL. LOL
