    Well....it is mostly to give the doc a laugh and show him the effort

    You could get him something funny......like a hot wheels airplane and give it too him at the docs when he turns in his stars....lol.....you could “smuggle” the plane toy to the nurse and ask to have the doc “reward him for being a good boy”......LOL

    LOL....yep, he knows that....I think he’s just so excited because he’s never been able to do anything like this before that he just loves the idea of having some kind of uniform.....lol....which uniform looks the best seems to be his biggest criteria for choosing....LOL

    HAHA!!  That was my son at about that age too!!!  He was more enamored with wearing the uniform every week than he was with trying to kick the soccer ball!!!  I think he thought if he had a uniform he wouldn’t have to work at developing skills!!!  LOL

    No...they are generic.  Just cattle calls for people to show up and wait in line to get into some theater for a taping!!!

    I absolutely love him, and he’s an incredible person. We have this friendship that I have no doubt in my mind is a life-long friendship.  Getting a chance to know him away from training for Dancing With the Stars, I think we've gotten a chance to know each other in a different way, which of course just makes you closer.     Those are vastly different!!!  LOL. Would this be like a youth league?  Tae kwon do isn’t, I realize, but soccer and track usually are in different seasons of the year so he could really do 1 of them + TKD if he (and you!) can manage the schedules....and if he is doing well in school.

     
    Soccer and track are offered at his school....TKD is because he went with us to give out Niecey’s scholarships

    TKD is good for boys in particular, I think....helps them develop impulse control

    He does now....Meds have made it possible for him to even laugh at himself....and take a little humorously intended chiding.

    I absolutely love him, and he’s an incredible person. We have this friendship that I have no doubt in my mind is a life-long friendship.  Getting a chance to know him away from training for Dancing With the Stars, I think we've gotten a chance to know each other in a different way, which of course just makes you closer.
