Not sure about travel yet....its still a couple days out so hard to tell where its going...my hubby's team at work has been activated for standby though...and on top of that Nemo's school was put on a lockdown this morning because of an intruder on campus...they got the guy...and no one was hurt ....turned out he was a suspended student but it was scary getting the text from him while swat was searching the school...so yep....I think I need to dust off the Denim..lol

 
Oh my....that would be soooo scary, especially with all of the school shootings on the news.  So glad the caught him.....Yep....bring out the denim....you deserve a drink....lol...lol

Praying for your hubby and others would will probably be called up to help during the hurricane.  Hopefully, it will take another turn...only away from the U.S..

Ps...did the student have a gun or just there to cause trouble?


Yay...Detroit youth choir....

Apparently he had a knife...so though not a gun still could have done some damage....it was so scary getting that text from him, saying we're on code red hiding in the class and Swat is searching the school....and yeah praying it goes out to sea...but it more than likely will make landfall so also praying it stays Cat 2 or less

Have you boarded up your windows? And get supplies....saw that stores were running out of water.

Yeah my son and I did...there were a lot of parents there...they were locked down for a little over an hour...we picked him up as soon as we could...can't say enough about the teachers and how over and above they went to protect and calm kids and parents.  And yep we have it all prepped...we are kind of ....ummmm.....use to it...LOL
