Ours are 5 years apart and our son was always worried he couldn't live up to his sister's reputation in HS. Told him to just do the things he liked and not worry about her. He thot the teachers would think he should be as good as she was--but truthfully she just worked harder than he did. In the end he played different sports and was in band so it didn't matter.
I think opposite sex siblings often get along better than same sex when close in age. Ours got along well but daughter went off to college when our son went into 8th grade.
aww..thats good that they got along...we've been blessed that way too....our son is older and has a very easy going personality...and he has always liked having her around...she will do stuff on her own too though...but if he says somethings cool...she's gotta try it LOL

In my new People Magazine -- yes, they are still sending it even though it ran out on July 14, and I have not renewed it -- there is a page called CHATTER that has quotes from eight different people. it is more than like the same one that do all the bad mouthing about MnM, but since there isn't much to say about them they have to find someone to say it about and with Val going to the Bday party and Zendaya being there they are a perfect target!!!
Especially since Val is related to Maks!!! HAHAWhat birthday party? Is it Zendaya's that is coming up in September?
it was Trevor Jackson's birthday party Z's birthday is sept 1..don't know when her party is though

It is amazing how a little 8 month old baby can wear you out...along with all the other "real life" activities we love...lol
So I must say to you...
