I thought this book was very good.  I enjoyed reading it and I am going to forget that the preceding 6 e series books never happened.  Unless she is writing more, she should have just stopped with this book!

her daughter has to be sooo worried....the two of them seem very close

I feel so badly for Melissa, she has no siblings, her father committed suicide, and it's been just Joan and her son.  I think they live together, too. So sad.

So she's vintage!!  LOL  I love the oldies but goodies--always root for them.  Best one was John O-Hurley the first season.  He was a fox and so classy.  I was devastated when he lost to Kelly Monaco who apparently had the fan base even though I didn't think she danced better than he did.  My first big disappointment on dwts....but life went on!!!  HAHA
