I feel so badly for Melissa, she has no siblings, her father committed suicide, and it's been just Joan and her son. I think they live together, too. So sad.

Me too Luv!!!..something else we have in common!!Did you like Jessica or Elizabeth the best?
Luv and April, you guys have got to check out what Francine came out with a few years ago....when the twins are 27:
I thought this book was very good. I enjoyed reading it and I am going to forget that the preceding 6 e series books never happened. Unless she is writing more, she should have just stopped with this book!
Okay, I am a little confused. I looked up the lastest books (quite awhile ago though) and the reviews for it was terrible. Maybe, I am thinking it was the last book written that was so bad. I don't want to write about spoilers, but the end book was really bad....right? Maybe, I will have to go look them up again to refresh my memory. I do remember I was quite unhappy what they did to them and kind of distroyed my "love" for the books.

Ok, do they have these books in New York??? Can't believe I never heard of them! I have three daughters and we read Nancy Drew, American Girl Books, The Babysitter's Club, and all of Judy Blume.....but not Sweet Valley!! Feel like I missed something
There was even a TV show at one time haha :o)
They probably don't sell them in stores anymore - maybe used bookstores. And definitely amazon!!!!

You know Betsy Johnson is 72 years old too!!!
So she's vintage!! LOL I love the oldies but goodies--always root for them. Best one was John O-Hurley the first season. He was a fox and so classy. I was devastated when he lost to Kelly Monaco who apparently had the fan base even though I didn't think she danced better than he did. My first big disappointment on dwts....but life went on!!! HAHA
I loved him too and his partner was great. I thought she was just beautiful and so graceful. Can't remember her name though......but she was my favorite female pro on that season.

We sure do!! My daughter didn't read those books either--and she was an avid reader through HS--then ran out of time!!
