I love this....Me, too. If Maks didn't love her, I'll bet Val would!
I sometimes wonder what would've happened if Val had gotten Meryl. I, too, think he might've fallen for her himself. It's obvious he is very fond of her. In M&M's salsa video (the one with over 500,000 views), after they get the judges comments, they show Meryl coming down the stairs alone to join all the others and I noticed Val trying to help her down...it was so cute! Then when they're up in the skybox and they've gotten their scores, Val goes up to Meryl and gives her a smooch. I've also noticed him hovering around Meryl and Maks backstage in some of the packages, just like he's doing in that pic above. lol
It's a shame Meryl doesn't have a twin.
