We are doing well....how about you?  Not too hot...but higher temps coming at the end of the week.  Boooo.....LOL

Oh wow.....how’s your garden doing

Garden is done!  We didn’t get the tomatoes we generally do.  Not sure why, but that’s ok because we can work off the ones I’ve canned in past years.  Probably have 2-3 dozen quarts out in the garage!!  LOL

Oh wow....have you ever canned zucchini??? Grandma used to can a lot and she made the best zucchini relish

Hey everyone...finally made it.  How are you all tonight.

HI CEK !!!  How are you tonight?  How are the furbabies?

I am pretty good Luv.  The fur babies are doing good this week.  We will probably schedule the test for Pabst for Cushings in the next week or so.

Is his "tummy" issues better?

I have never canned it and never heard of zucchini relish but it sounds good.  I love zucchini.

Ah, it is. It's the first day of autumn! A time for hot chocolatety mornings, and toasting marshmallow evenings, as best of all, leaping into *leaves*!

No....I don’t have a pressure canner.  You can’t water bath low acid vegetables. I do grate and freeze it, tho.  Make zucchini bread and other stuff later on.

I absolutely love him, and he’s an incredible person. We have this friendship that I have no doubt in my mind is a life-long friendship.  Getting a chance to know him away from training for Dancing With the Stars, I think we've gotten a chance to know each other in a different way, which of course just makes you closer. So far it has been good.  I talked to the vet on Monday and asked about adding a probiotic to his food and he said I could.

How is Zoom school going for your guys, April?  Daughter having a little difficulty with the older kids adjusting.  She said today she has no idea how kids would cope without a parent home with them.

Sounds really good.  I love plums too.

my daughter has fallen in love with a fruit buckle.  It is kinda like a cobbler but it has a cake texture instead of a crust and is really easy to make
