Garden is done! We didn’t get the tomatoes we generally do. Not sure why, but that’s ok because we can work off the ones I’ve canned in past years. Probably have 2-3 dozen quarts out in the garage!! LOL

My garden is still producing....but very little.  I don't can...but then again...I never get enough to can. LOL !!!!

Ohh.....Did I tell you I used Ceks banana bread recipe but switched out the bananas with plums and it came out soooooo good....we were calling it plum bread

Oh, yeah?  That sounds WONDERFUL!!!

I absolutely love him, and he’s an incredible person. We have this friendship that I have no doubt in my mind is a life-long friendship.  Getting a chance to know him away from training for Dancing With the Stars, I think we've gotten a chance to know each other in a different way, which of course just makes you closer.  HAHA!!! We needed to do a better job of prepping the soil. We grow stuff every year almost without exception. I got hubby a rototiller for his birthday, which was when he fell in the hangar and had the hurt hand, so I used the rototiller and did an ok job of it, but should have put some Amend into the soil. We will in the spring.

Umm.....dummy here....what is Amend?

LOL....I was wondering that too

Ah, it is. It's the first day of autumn! A time for hot chocolatety mornings, and toasting marshmallow evenings, as best of all, leaping into *leaves*!

Sounds really good.  I love plums too.

my daughter has fallen in love with a fruit buckle.  It is kinda like a cobbler but it has a cake texture instead of a crust and is really easy to make

HUmm....that sounds like a new recipe to try. LOL

We will be in the 90’s the next few days too.  Dunkin Donuts here has all their fall things and I saw that Disney World has their fall drinks and declaration going up

I love pumpkin but am not a fan of the pumpkin spice drinks.  I do love a good pumpkin pie or pumpkin muffin and pancakes and pumpkin bread...LOL
