Yes--quite a bit. More than Calico House at its peak, I would say. Another one I like is Quilt Emporium but that is the other way--like Woodland Hills or some place like that. It is small but packed. They have the stuff I like, such as 1930's, Civil War, and they play games when we go there on the quilt run!!! It has spunk...which makes it fun.Woodland Hills is quite a trek from here. But, New Moon sounds great! I might have to check it out. I was in the quilt store in Calimesa on Saturday and didn't buy a thing!! Guess, that means I already have too much...LOL
I just checked the mileage....55 miles to New Moon from my house...........doable....OC is that far.
Fifty-five miles is not bad! Have you ever done any of the SoCal Quilters' Run? You might enjoy going with us next year (it's 2 weekends in June). We did the whole thing this year over 4 days--only 25 stores (vs. 42 a few years ago!). We do one area per day--lots of laughs and we could hook up with you, park your car, and take you to some places you wouldn't go cuz too far from you! The ones to the west are pretty good but a long way to drive yourself. We have a 7 passenger van that has auto-pilot to every quilt shop in every state!! LOL

What are you looking for at the moment? What are your tastes?Always looking at 30's reproduction and I like many of the bright fabric collections....oh, and I like wool........
Very similar to my tastes!! I am very traditional in my tastes in quilting but sometimes i break out and do something very different. Just whatever appeals to me at the time.....oh--no guarantee I will make it right then!!! LOL
