There it all is--right out of the tiger's mouth!!! Did you read some of the comments? They were the same things we would have written--aka, that he is in love with her and the two are perfect for each other. I am thoroughly convinced these two are ON IT (I mean that not in a naughty way--but simply that they are aware and no doubt planning their future).

Oh, Jet! I hope you are 100% correct.

I would venture to say that I believe what I believe because Maks is so OBVIOUSLY in love that he won't be the one to eat his words unless she rejects him--and I think she has too much respect to lead him down the primrose path and then give him the Dear John. That doesn't seem to be who she is in any way, shape, or form. He realizes she is a "real person" and that is one of the qualities he most admires. No Hollywood, complete sincerity....just a good ol' fashioned Midwestern girl. What you see is what you get! I also don't think Meryl has had that many serious relationships--never had time--so it is very flattering to get the attention she does from Maks--and I'm sure she loves that!! I think she is taking it slowly enough to work out the details and see him in a greater variety of settings. She is the only woman, I think, he's dated or been with that has so openly exposed his vulnerable side--and I think he likes being that open and still comfortable. That is a new thing for him and one that is theirs to own and explore.

Didn't mean to go on and on.....I tend to overthink these things!!! LOL

I like the way you overthink things! ;)

"Carpe fucking diem!"  - Maks said it.
Sorry, I had to use this.  I haven't laughed so much in a long time.

No, you don't overthink. You just give us good insight, and I love hearing everyone's opinions.

The other part of Meryl is that I'm pretty sure she is conservatively cautious so for her to allow herself to let go with Maks and become intimate (presumably), she must have felt he was sincere.  As we all know. most women approach men with a different sense of emotion and some expectation that it won't be a fling that makes them feel taken advantage of by the guy.  I am pretty sure that Meryl wasn't interested in being perceived in a negative light by a "showmance" with the PDA and rumors flying--so she must have a pretty high level of trust in Maks to have weathered the JLo stuff, etc.  Would love to know what advice her parents have given.  But they have probably spent a fair amount of time getting to know Maks through the season and when they spent those first 2 weeks preseason rehearsing in Detroit.

I absolutely love him, and he’s an incredible person. We have this friendship that I have no doubt in my mind is a life-long friendship.  Getting a chance to know him away from training for Dancing With the Stars, I think we've gotten a chance to know each other in a different way, which of course just makes you closer. I don't think they really do...she is young and I don't remember ever reading that she had a steady boyfriend...that doesn't mean she hasn't.

Have you ever heard or read about Val having a steady girlfriend at all...there have been rumors about some of his partners if I remember correctly but can't remember a steady girl....

Has Zendaya expressed a desire to go to college? I haven't read enough about her to know.

i don't know....

Never hear her or read where she said...

I still think he is too old for her--at this point. If 5 or so years there are feelings there on both ends, it will be a different story. Just too much difference between a MAN of 28 and a GIRL of 18. She doesn't really know who she is yet.

yeah and i think he knows that too....he not all over her....LOL...not like Maks who can't keep his hands off Meryl LOL....but that tweet does sound like he's got some  feelings for her that could deepen over time......

I agree.....sometimes friends become more than friends--and sometimes not. My daughter knew her husband 5 years before they dated. They were just good friends who partied together with the sports teams in college. They are good together....and have a lot of fun coaching softball together.

right and i think thats where V and Z are extremely close friends but could that deepen over time......hmmmmm....maybe

Well, ladies, going to call it a night; it's 10:30 here now, and I didn't get to bed last night until almost 3:00 a.m.!! See you tomorrow, when I will give you my philosophy about watching Season 19.

Oh-- you are FUNNY!!! I knew your mind was in the gutter!!! LOL

Where those two are concerned, my mind is usually in the gutter too. Not that I don't also have lofty thoughts about them. I mainly see them in a bed of roses (not literally, but, well.....)

LOL...apparently Maks helped alot of people find their "naughty place" LOL

LOL LOL LOL
