Did everyone read the article CEK posted from a Phoenix publication (dated May 2014)? It is a pretty detailed lengthy piece about the Mohammed Ali charity fight event in Italy--and it is apparently a HUGE event. I'm sure it must be an something Maks has planned to attend for some time; I doubt that he would just be able to "walk on", so to speak. At the very least he would have to have made a sizable donation to be a part of it.

The airplane is a jumbo jet so I'm sure it isn't going with only a few folks onboard. Operational costs are great--pilots (often 2 crews on long overseas flights), a bunch of flight attendants, maintenance crew chief at least, etc.--and while Mark Cuban can surely afford to "loan" his airplane (he probably has more than one!), the trip is a write-off for him as a charity donation. People with money don't usually squander it or they wouldn't have money!!! LOL

I would agree with April that Maks may be visiting Cantamessa at the same time--and also attending the charity event. I think we all wonder why we see all the pics of him with other women--and we just can't know motivation or relationship unless it is revealed, so we have to take Maks at his word regarding how he feels about Meryl until we have proof that has changed. I suspect they have talked about this trip--and if he had invited her along, she may have other commitments that she needs to fulfill--in addition to her school work. A week long trip to Europe is no piece of cake when you deal with jet lag going and then coming back. The fourth day is the worst--in both directions--and in a week you barely get a chance to turn your body clock around before you come back and deal with the next 4-6 days the other way.

On the double D babe, it is anyone's guess who she is and what her relationship may or may not be. Remember Maks dated Kate Upton--another chesty model--and found her to be boring and rather brainless. I also don't really think I've ever heard him called a playboy--except for when the rag mags are trying to cause trouble and create rumors.

Finally, Maks was on the poster for the Sherman Oaks grand opening event next Wednesday--a week from today. It said he, Val, and Tony would be there---but maybe not?!!

Ride the tide and listen to Maks. No doubt he will tell us what is what when he wants us to know!!! Meanwhile, his pic with the airplane shows he had shaved--so that is often an indicator Meryl was around!

When Maya Angelou died lots of folks posted quotes from her on my Facebook page.  One of them I had not read before.  I wrote the quote down but cannot find it tonight.  However, it went something like this, "When someone tells you who he or she is, believe them."   I was not thinking of Maks when I wrote the quote down,  But it certainly applies.  This is a man who would have invited Meryl to come along solely for the reason that she was his best dance partner ever and the most amazing human being ever.  If she does not go, it will not be because Maks did not want to include her. We do not know, nor should we expect to know the circumstances.  He may not have had the option.  She may not have been available, etc., etc., etc., Charismatic men who do not have integrity are not men that moms and dads and exes like.

 When the clip finished, one of the ones shown was the Road to the Finale which I rewatched.   When Meryl is talking about the hand holding moment, he doesn't take his eyes off of her, and you can see his cheek twitch.   That was the moment that did me in!

I too was deeply moved by Maks's reaction to Meryl telling that he was the first person whose hand she had asked to hold.  In the background that I am from hand holding was a big big deal.    Handholding connects and is deeply intimate.    Maks, it seemed to me, was stunned and awed by Meryl's answer to his question.  Who could possibly imagine a 27 year old beautiful young woman living in 2014 had not ever asked any other man to hold her hand?  I too was done in.  In fact I cried.

well...he takes pics because  he's just nice he doesn't ever refuse to take a pic with anyone that asks thats just Maks...and as far as i know not once has he taken a date to an event since he met Meryl....except Meryl when he took her to the Angel Awards and to dinner in NY after the win with Tony and Val and in NY at the first reunion pic...anyone else know of an event he took a date too since he met Meryl???

 
And remember that "celebrities"--and Maks has made part of his living by branding himself as one--just DO that (take pics with fans)! It goes with the territory. Meryl and Charlie do it--just not as often with hot chicks or gorgeous single men!! It is part of putting themselves out there and being perceived as "accessible" so they can keep working and promoting themselves. In the process it is easy for obsessed people like us to jump to all sorts of wrong conclusions because we react to what we see--and don't know context or even timing.

That is when character really counts because you (MnM) have to be true to yourself or you become very compromised in every way. A wrong move can compromise who you are as well as your future business dealings. So it would not be wise for Maks to sleep around--with or without Meryl in the picture--because, just like Jennifer Lawrence, you can never tell who may put pictures on the internet. Better to keep yourself sober and above board so it's only the rag mags that look foolish and lose reputation when the rumors come out as false.

and let's remember this is Maks we're talking about.....no he's not perfect  noone is but one of the things we love about him and Val is how open and caring they are with their fam and friends and fans.....ya know maybe tonight we need to listen to Meryl..."he wants the best for those he cares about"...."he's nurturing and giving"...."he's really just a big teddy bear"..."he takes on the job of fixing things"...."the pressure he puts on himself comes from wanting the best for those he cares about"...."he's an amazing person"....to me that doesn't sound like someone who takes things lightly or like someone that would do anything to hurt someone who helped him achieve a decade long goal of his and that he has admitted he cares deeply for....i've seen the question why does he take these pics with everyone but Meryl and support everyone but Meryl on sm.....well maybe i look at it wierd but I think that says ALOT that he doesn't...the answer is simple Meryl is different to him than anyone else...she's more special....so special interaction with her he doesn't want to share...I think for me personally I would be more worried if he treated her exactly like he does everyone else...."ride the tide....and for tonight listen to Meryl"
