    This poses the question: why would she follow Val's partner if there is a problem??? Somehow that wouldn't make a ton of sense to me. Any thots?

    IMO there is no problem. And according to tumblr Janel is the only celeb that Meryl is following at this time.  It will be interesting to see if she later adds Betsy Johnson who is paired with Tony, except Tony has already won a Mirrorball.  Lolo Jones has said that she is going to be calling Meryl for advice.  Also, Meryl is going to be the celeb who meets with DWTS fans in Chicago, on Sept. 9 as the Mirror Ball makes its way from NYC to Boston to Chicago to Dallas and then to LA.

    Okay, does anyone know her last name?  I want to do my own CIA investigation. LOL  I wasn't aware that they have been friends for awhile.....anybody have any info on her?  Not freaking out.....just wanted some background on her.

    Devin Brugman is her name.

    And I think that I read Maks and Kate Upton broke up in Dec. 2013.  Anyone else know?

    I absolutely love him, and he’s an incredible person. We have this friendship that I have no doubt in my mind is a life-long friendship.  Getting a chance to know him away from training for Dancing With the Stars, I think we've gotten a chance to know each other in a different way, which of course just makes you closer.     According to Daily News Confidential, they broke up before Thanksgiving of 2013, before the public was aware of it in Dec.  of 2013.

    It does look like he met Devin while he was with Kate.  Not sure of anything else, but there are more pictures coming out of them "together" for whatever reason.  Could be work, could be for the Charity stuff, could be for "other reasons", we just don't know right now what is going on.
