I'm assuming you mean a problem with Maks. She might not follow Val's partner if there is a problem because I think Val is crazy about Meryl (not in love, just loves her), and she is the kind of girl who wouldn't hold it against Val that his brother is acting $hi##y, if indeed he is.

On another note, it looked like Candy Spelling in the seat behind them on the plane.  Guys, neither Maks and definitely not the model run in these circles.  I'm wondering just who they will talk to.  If they were given the trip, then the people will probably look down on them.   This is a see and be seen event.  Interesting that the plane was not full.  Wonder if they had trouble selling the tickets and gave some trips away.  I can't imagine that the plane was all that comfortable.  It's just a big plane with a bunch of 1st class seats.  And it does look like people were going on their own.  The plane looked to have single side seats and center double seats.

Even Makji, the astrologer, doesn't have a reason for this.  She loves Maks much more than Meryl and believes Meryl is the one holding up the MnM relationship.  But even she seems to be shaking her head.  Today is a pivotal day for Maks and she felt that it would be meaningful for Meryl and Maks.  Maybe it is, but not in the way she had hoped.  Maybe it's the end.  It would take me a long time to get over this.  A hot guy does not take someone like Devin on a "lovers trip" and it mean nothing. Whether or not he's trying to prove something or he's really in love with this chickie I guess we will find out in time.  As far as Meryl goes, I don't see her doing anything with Maks except what's already contracted.  It's too bad that he's with chickie (that's what I need in my heart to call her) on his trip, or he could have appeared with Meryl in Chicago.

IMO, we saw two people fall in love in front of our eyes.   It's too bad it's come to this.  Many broken hearts- mine.  I can just imagine how Meryl must feel if I feel this bad.

I asked my husband what he thought of Maks going to Italy with chickie and showed him the pictures.  The one in the plane he thought Maks was trying  to hold himself away from her even though he was leaning into her.  The evening pic, hubby thought they just looked like a happy couple.  Hubby told me that he thought it was clear he was saying to everyone that Meryl means nothing to him.  Ouch, that really hurt me.  Hubby raised his hand in defense and said, no guy who is really in love with someone would go off on a 5 day trip (charity or not) with someone else--especially a bikini model that made her money posing semi-nude (yeah, we looked at chickie's website and my husband's eyes got really big!! LOL!).  Why Why Why is Maks protraying himself as a player?  I think the real Maks is what Meryl brought out in him.  This Maks is the Maks that was protrayed by DWTS before Meryl.  Why does he say that he wants to keep his personal life private and then go off with someone who lives her life on the internet?  First he's a boy toy with the diva, now he's the player with the girl 13 yrs younger than himself ( and she's not even pretty!)

I am not a troll.  I want desperately for MnM to be together, but my hope is fading away with the fog.
If and that's a big IF they ever did get together, he has a lot of crawling to do.  Honestly I don't think he will do it.  He has admitted he never chases, they always come after him.  Maybe he just didn't know how to go after Meryl, and she's not the type to chase him.

I don't think Maks is throwing anything in Meryl's face. There might not have ever been anything there to begin with at all and we all just blew everything out of proportion.  I mean just a few weeks ago Meryl said WE ARE NOT IN A RELATIONSHIP.  She said it!!!!!  Who knows if they did or didn't try but they certainly haven't been trying to spend any time together at all this summer so I don't think we should be blaming Maks that he is trying to show off to make Meryl jealous....he could very well be.  I feel like they both put their work and other committments ahead of trying to be in a relationship.  I am not mad at Maks for going to Italy with that girl.  It just opened my eyes because I feel I've been blinded too long.

April, I hear what you are saying, but he didn't go off on a 5 day trip with Karina.  I don't know.  I hurt for both of them.  I don't think this is what Maks really wants, and I think Meryl has trapped herself by not knowing what to do and how to have a relationship with someone that's in the public eye.  I'm just very sad for both of them.  No matter what comes out, I don't think this is good for Maks' image with the fans.  Most of the public don't even know who he is, but his fans expect something better.

I know what your saying....and trust me I'm very realisic....i want the fairytale too yes but that's up to them...but i'm also ok with them being friends...I'm just not 100% convinced this is a romantic trip for them...it doesn't fit Maks usual behavior patterns....so far we have 1 like on a pic of her packing a suitcase...he's done that with other co-workers and friends....and 2 pics....one on the plane where he is not being touchy feely which is not Maks like at all....and one thats posed in a way he has posed with thousands of people....if this was Nicole on this trip he would have posed the same way and would have had an arm around her on the plane and we still would not have assumed it was a romantic trip for them and that they were sleeping together....I may be wrong though time will tell...it does look bad i know but a long time ago i said "With my hand on the Nutri-Grain Bar....I will not panic until Meryl does...I promise"  and well Meryls not panicking....i don't think Maks always uses his head and sometimes it causes confusion but I don't think he's always doing something wrong either
 

There's a lot more speculation going on today than I'm comfortable with.   If I wanted that kind of naysaying,  I know a few other Web sites I would head to.  

I say: "Listen to Maks."  I also say, "Listen to everyone who knows Maks--his friends, his former partners, his brother, Zendaya, just about anyone who has actually known him in some capacity--says about him."   They all say what a great person he is.  

There is no evidence he is a playboy.  On the contrary.    He is a serious professional, a businessman, a coach, he has gotten an education, he has friends who have been friends for years and years, he is friends with the women we know he has dated.   There is no more evidence that he is "dating" Devin than that he was dating J-Lo.   In fact, less...what, 2 pictures?  At least, he did dance with J-Lo and hold her over his head.   His body language in the photos with Devin definitely does not suggest that there is some kind of relationship there.

Saying that he "is on a trip to Italy with her" is the worst kind of ragmag speculation.   There is a huge charity event.   He has been included (invited, we don't know) because he danced with Laila Ali and knows the family.   We don't know why Devin is going--as a guest, as a model, connection with the family, something with Cantamessa.   She does not look like the kind of woman he goes for anyway, other than that fact that she is a good looking.  Kate Upton comes across as a much more "genuine" person.   When you're invited to an invite like that, it's probably unlikely that they ask you to "bring a date."   Just because two people are in the same place at the same time means just that:  they are in the same place at the same time.     

On the contrary, everything we know and the educated guesses we can make indicate that all is well between him and Meryl, whatever that is.   I'm actually hoping that all this crap will push them to go public sooner rather than later.  

This all reminds me of the show "Haters" that he was on, hosted by Mario Lopez.   There was a woman who hated Maks based on all she had selectively heard in the media and on the fact that her friends thought he was hot.   As part of their conversation, she accused him of judging a woman based on her weight.   I've transcribed his response below, and it could just a well apply to all the things that the haters accuse him of, based on one picture.  

"Are you out of your f**king mind?  Do you think I would be on national television in front of millions of people, in front of my parents, my grandparents watching, my friends, people that raised me to be better than that ...and judge a woman on her weight?"     I would eliminate the "and judge a woman based on her weight" and add in your choice of accusation against him.

Just my two cents.   I am having a Denim and a couple of M&M shooters and a huge slice of Luv's cake.   Is it chocolate, Luv?   You gotta see if you can get the Easy Bake reprogrammed to do Denim cakes.

I'm no less convinced today than yesterday that M&M are together.   I will continue to believe it until it shown that they aren't.
