I know what your saying....and trust me I'm very realisic....i want the fairytale too yes but that's up to them...but i'm also ok with them being friends...I'm just not 100% convinced this is a romantic trip for them...it doesn't fit Maks usual behavior patterns....so far we have 1 like on a pic of her packing a suitcase...he's done that with other co-workers and friends....and 2 pics....one on the plane where he is not being touchy feely which is not Maks like at all....and one thats posed in a way he has posed with thousands of people....if this was Nicole on this trip he would have posed the same way and would have had an arm around her on the plane and we still would not have assumed it was a romantic trip for them and that they were sleeping together....I may be wrong though time will tell...it does look bad i know but a long time ago i said "With my hand on the Nutri-Grain Bar....I will not panic until Meryl does...I promise"  and well Meryls not panicking....i don't think Maks always uses his head and sometimes it causes confusion but I don't think he's always doing something wrong either

No.  Remember what Brooke, Meryl's friend said in the package.  Loosely quoted, we will see a completely different Meryl free to explore..... with this big sexy Russian guy..... by the looks of it, she did just that.  And good on her.   Brooke is definitely a source very close to Meryl.  If the ring-sex-thing was indeed the case (I don't believe it for a second...), I would have to jump ship this very instant for both Meryl's and Maks's sake as I would have to feel sorry for both of them.

This all reminds me of the show "Haters" that he was on, hosted by Mario Lopez.   There was a woman who hated Maks based on all she had selectively heard in the media and on the fact that her friends thought he was hot.   As part of their conversation, she accused him of judging a woman based on her weight.   I've transcribed his response below, and it could just a well apply to all the things that the haters accuse him of, based on one picture.  

"Are you out of your f**king mind?  Do you think I would be on national television in front of millions of people, in front of my parents, my grandparents watching, my friends, people that raised me to be better than that ...and judge a woman on her weight?"     I would eliminate the "and judge a woman based on her weight" and add in your choice of accusation against him.

Just my two cents.   I am having a Denim and a couple of M&M shooters and a huge slice of Luv's cake.   Is it chocolate, Luv?   You gotta see if you can get the Easy Bake reprogrammed to do Denim cakes.

Correct me, if I'm wrong....  I had a look and could not find any information that this is a lover's trip as has been suggested.  Further, we don't know in which capacity exactly Maks and Devin are there and what part his association with Cantamessa will play during the trip.  Also the ads to the trip make a big point that a large number of big Italian fashion houses are also in attendance which would be interesting for Devin. 
I agree with the analysis of the pic that shows Maks and Devin posing in the museum.  If you look at Maks' hand on her waiste, he only makes it LOOK as if he was touching her with his whole hand, while he in fact keeps it away.  Tell me, if I'm wrong.....
I don't feel I am making this argument, because I am hopelessly 'stuck' on the romantic idea.  But I do believe we don't have nowhere near enough to come to these drastic conclusions.  I am ready to sit back with a stash of Denim, M@M's and Luv's cakes to see with interest what evolves.  In any event, it is a win-win situation.  We either find out there is nothing to the Devin story, Meryl has been more forthcoming lately OR it becomes clear everyone is moving on which will include US.  So all will be ok whatever happens.   
 

 
I'm with you too, Gabriele.  Too early to tell for sure....but we can sure enjoy the denim, M7Ms and luv's cakes in the meantime!!

Well said Kos thats how I feel about it too...i just don't see this being a romantic trip for them...and we've gotten alot of positive stuff from MNM lately

Carrie, I have to agree with you. I just don't understand why he is being so blatant here but so secretive with Meryl. I'm thinking now it's because nothing was going on with Meryl -- they weren't hiding because there was nothing to hide. I wonder if people are going to get on his case like they did when the JLo rumors were going around? I hope that I am proven wrong but have decided to  not care so much about Maks anymore. We talk about how he needs a baby and would be such a good father. The best fathers are in love with the baby's mother and are true to her. I don't know if Maks is capable of this. Also, I find it sad that he saw so many admirable qualities in Meryl but seems to prefer women who don't have those qualities. Maybe all this time, there was no sexual chemistry between them -- just admiration. 
 

I think the exact opposite is true.   He takes pictures with women all the time.   That's part of his job as a "celebrity."   As Gabriele says, it very true that he's not really touching Devin with his whole hand.   I hadn't noticed that.   Meryl doesn't like the public attention.   It is precisely because there is something very serious between them that he is treating it so privately.   He said himself that anything that happened between them would be out of the public eye.    It is precisely because there is nothing between him and Devin that he was photographed with her.   We don't know who was taking those pictures, and what happened before and after the shots.
