Right, no more shipping.  My hubby will be so pleased.  It's going to take a while for me to really get over them, but I know I will.  I'm just so sad for both of them.  I'm especially sad for Maks, because I don't think the player life is the one he really wants.

I hope Meryl finds someone wonderful (not Casper) to share her life.  I think she is an amazing person.  I have liked Maks since I first started watching DWTS. I had high hopes for both of t hem.  I felt that they were what each other needed.  But, alas, we can't tell people what to do and who to be with.  I still hope they will find their way to each other, but I no longer expect it.

I do think that Meryl's sudden responding to Val and the fam is her trying to prove that she is not hurt by Maks' latest adventure.  I am glad that I have a wonderful husband and family and not having to wade through dating and relationship waters.  

I do think it's interesting that none of the "fam", including Val follow the chickie.  But as we know, that doesn't mean anything.   So, if it's public knowledge that they are not a couple, maybe they will ask people to vote for Meryl!!<G>

Carrie, I have to agree with you. I just don't understand why he is being so blatant here but so secretive with Meryl. I'm thinking now it's because nothing was going on with Meryl -- they weren't hiding because there was nothing to hide. I wonder if people are going to get on his case like they did when the JLo rumors were going around? I hope that I am proven wrong but have decided to  not care so much about Maks anymore. I think the exact opposite is true.   He takes pictures with women all the time.   That's part of his job as a "celebrity."   As Gabriele says, it very true that he's not really touching Devin with his whole hand.   I hadn't noticed that.   Meryl doesn't like the public attention.   It is precisely because there is something very serious between them that he is treating it so privately.   He said himself that anything that happened between them would be out of the public eye.    It is precisely because there is nothing between him and Devin that he was photographed with her.   We don't know who was taking those pictures, and what happened before and after the shots.  

Tango, I want to believe you!! Hope you are right. I just don't know why he had to "take a date" -- why couldn't he have gone by himself.?

LOL.......well, I don't want them to make fools of themselves, but a nice happy, cute, funny moment would be nice.  It doesn't have to be in the pitching aspect......maybe, in an interview?
