I think the exact opposite is true. He takes pictures with women all the time. That's part of his job as a "celebrity." As Gabriele says, it very true that he's not really touching Devin with his whole hand. I hadn't noticed that. Meryl doesn't like the public attention. It is precisely because there is something very serious between them that he is treating it so privately. He said himself that anything that happened between them would be out of the public eye. It is precisely because there is nothing between him and Devin that he was photographed with her. We don't know who was taking those pictures, and what happened before and after the shots.
Tango, I want to believe you!! Hope you are right. I just don't know why he had to "take a date" -- why couldn't he have gone by himself.?

annie ....we don't know that he did take a date...it could be several different scenerios not just that one

I think he is an amazing dancer and I absolutely loved the way he choreographed for Zendaya. It was the first time I cared about the pro as much as the celebrity. Keep in mind, I never "shipped" Val and Zendaya! I was in awe of his creativity because he couldn't include "sexy" in any of their dances......and they were all awesome!! I think the only way they could suck me back in is if something happens between the two while practicing for the Ice show. All of this guessing, rumors and such isn't going to do it. It would have from their own mouths or some real hard core proof.

I'm off for the evening and for a few days of traveling when hopefully things will be better. My ship is sailing serenely on, and reading so many dissing Maks, albeit much more nicely than on the ABC board, is just too much for me to take. He has done nothing disreputable or disloyal that I can see. Someone else posting a picture of themselves with Maks is not what he did. We have no evidence whatsoever that he "invited" her or that they were even sitting together on the plane other than for the picture. Even in the older picture where they are together, they were not touching and may not have been together in any sense other than exiting the building at the same time. We just don't know, and while I recognize that is frustrating, why does all the speculation immediately have to be that Maks has done something bad? Why is no one speculating that Meryl is back wth Fedor? TPTB at ABC have done their job well. Who will be the bad boy on DWTS now that they no longer have Maks to bash?

LOL........no, but I know they are popular. I only watched the first two seasons of the show. I kind of found that starting with the 3 rd season, it just got to be too much for me. Gave me the willies and nightmares.
